This elevated first floor flat enjoys pool and landscape views from the living/dining rooms which also feature access to the deck with patio set. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa for added accommodations and 52” flat screen TV.
The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, as well as a double vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, flat screen TV and an adjacent bathroom.

Convenient walking distance to Harbor Town. Fairly well equipped kitchen, but very small. Washer / Dryer was convenient, but again, very small load capacity. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Overall, in need of updates. Upstairs neighbors were noisy late into the evening. Othwerwise,we enjoyed our stay.

This villa is in a great location. It is a nicely arranged unit with a great view of the pool. It is, however, a little old and needs quite a few updates. The washer/dryer are very old and makes a ton of noise when they run. The stove is pretty old as well. We also had some issues with the bedroom/bathroom doors sticking (so much so that our kids had a hard time opening/closing them) and not being aligned properly. The sliding glass doors in the living room could be really nice, but again, need to be updated. They hardly opened and closed. There is also 1 window in the dining room area that has had something get in between the panes and it is very ugly to look at. We still had an enjoyable stay despite these things. We enjoyed sitting on the nice deck in the mornings watching our girls swim in the pool. Also, the master bathroom is huge and that was a nice bonus for us. One thing to mention though, is to be careful if you want to rent this unit, because the tub would be pretty hard to get in to for an older person. We love renting through Resort Rentals and will definitely use them again in the future.

The condo had a great location in Sea Pines. You could bike anywhere, and we did. The pool was a nice size and had lots of chairs for everyone. We had our own little gator in the little water source next to the pool, very cool. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

I felt villa was clean but washer and dryer were way out dated and bately worked. Got grease on shirts, made a ton of noise, & took hours to dry anything. I think with a few updates to the laundry & kitchen aplliances people will appreciate their stay at this villa.

The staff allowed us to check in early as soon as the unit was cleaned. Had a small maintnence issue with the exhaust fan falling out of the ceiling and striking me on the head. I called the office and it was fixed immediately. Staff is great!!! Thank you for an awsome vacation. We will definately use Resort Rentals of Hilton Head again.
