This single level Queens Grant villa has been remodeled in one of the largest open floor plans in the community. The living room features a 47" flat screen TV with DVD player, vaulted ceilings and access to a large deck with gas grill for outdoor entertaining. In the living room, there is a daybed for additional sleeping. The pool is also accessible from the deck area.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and access to the deck. The private master bath has a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, TV, and access to the hall bath with tub/shower combination.

The villa was exactly as described - very spacious, clean, met all of our expectations. 5-8 minute walk to the beach or 3 minute bike ride. Pool was only 20+/- steps off the back deck -- wonderful!! Overall stay was great. Would definitely rent again.

...we stayed off season and received a good value rate for the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. The only thing that was a bit of a downer was the lack of sunlight into the condo but the owners did do a nice job of painting it bright and vaulting the ceiling to give some brightness to the condo. Overall, we'd recommend it!!

My husband and I and our two children (ages 1 and 2) were looking for somewhere to relax and get away from the stress of it all. Hilton Head was perfect and Queens Grant made it even better. Our condo was wonderful, since my husbands mom and dad and sister joined us. There was plenty of room and it felt that a home away from home. We were so close to eveything it was so nice. I really have no complaints about our stay.

I p[reviously wrote a note to Julianne. When we checked in on the 12th, the large TV did not work. She arranged for a replacement that day. Later in the week, i wanted to watch the World Cup and the cable service had shut down and would not restore it on the basis of my call. She was able to get the service turned on in time for the game. Your team, particularly Julianne, was responsive, the unit was clean and we were relaxed. You might make a note to have the salt and pepper shakers filled before a visit

We loved everything about Queens Grant 565. It was just a short bike ride to the beach. It was spacious and homey. We had a great week. I would love to stay there again.

Nice place, parking spots are silly small. We almost brought the dually truck because of the stuff we were bringing. I am glad that we did not. There would have been no way to take up less than 2 spots. We drove our Infiniti car and it was fine. Queens Grants pools are not as nice as they used to be. The bike paths have improved. The beach was clean. The internet was horrible. It's wrong to say that it has internet. It was so bad that we ended up using wireless from another condo, but kept getting kicked off. The furniture was nice for the beach. The deck was nice. We love going to Hilton Head. Thanks

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT 565 QUEENS GRANT. WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM. IT WAS JUST AS IT WAS PICTURED. THE POOL WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. WE WILL BE BACK.

The vacation house is well furnished,clean, especially kitchen, we stayed with 6
week old infant and we found everything what we needed at house.
Just short drive to the supermarkets,restaurant, and fresh fish market-the
outside grill is just blast.
2 min. to the pool, 15 min. to the beach
great service-we booked the crib, they have wide selection of kid stuff, from
cribs to the strollers
very calm place, ideal for family vacation
