This top floor Shorewood villa features an open living/dining room with large windows leading to a deck with pool views and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. The well furnished living room includes a sleeper sofa, 42” flat screen TV, and DVD/VCR combination.
The master bedroom in the front of the unit features a king bed, TV, ocean views, private bath, and access to the large deck. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed, TV, and private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bathroom.

We loved the location of this unit - close to the pool, the beach, and the Coligny Plaza.
The condo could use some updates throughout, as the cabinets, flooring, paint, etc. are worn and out-dated.

Great condo complex. Location was great. My kids loved the pool. Disappointed on how dated the kitchen was and cabinets would not close. The refrigerator kept moving every time you would open it. When we checked in we had a broken handle on the microwave. It was fixed for us. Enjoyed our stay. I would just update the kitchen to be competitive with other condos.

Shorewood 535 is an excellent rental for families. Our stay included my parents, my daughter, her husband and daugher along with my wife and I. There was plenty of room for all. The view of the ocean is great. The large patio off the living room and master suite provided a great location for relaxing family time in the evening with a glass of wine and an ocean backdrop.We enjoy this location because of the great beach access, a short walk to Cologiny Plaza for shops and restaurants or just a short dive to the South Beach Marina or Harbor Town. Great facility. We will always stay at Shorewood when on Hilton Head.

Stayed at 535 Shorewood over July 4th weekend and it was an excellent choice. Beachfront condo (although 535 is not right on the ocean) with a view of the ocean that is hard to match. My family loves staying on S. Forest rd. and the Shorewood is always convenient and wonderful to stay at. Easy check-in and a competitive price were added bonuses as well.

We have stayed in this unit with our family previously. The place was very dusty, the floors were dirty and dishes in the cabinet were dirty. It overall needed a really good cleaning. Very disappointed with our stay. We will return but possibly to another unit. One of ours kids left a game on the sofa, and when we called to see about it no one called me back. When I kept calling back finally they said the cleaning crew said they didn't see it. If they spent more time cleaning and not taking left items this place would be much nicer.

This condo complex and the unit are in a wonderful location. The pool was nice & clean, beach access was great. Large closets were a bonus! The unit itself needs major upgrading. The cleaning crew did the best they could but the unit was so dated that cleaning didn't help. Washer/Dryer too big for laundry room, doors would not close & it's in the kitchen. Baths & kitchen need total renovation. Needs new utensils,appliances,carpet and linens. But again Great Location!!

We like Shorewood and its new pool. 535 had good space and the beds were comfortable. The unit has apparently never had an upgrade, however. The kitchen cabinets are old and worn. The bathroom fixtures are original and dated. The decorative scheme and the furnishings in the living/dining area and the master bedroom are no more than adequate. On balance, we would hope to stay in a nicer unit next time.

Hilton Head was a beautiful vacation destination, unfortunately our condo did not reflect the island. There was mold on the ceilings, the master bath was not clean, ie. shower liner was old, grout/caulk was shoddy, missing, cracked. Not enough linens for minimum amount of quests. There were several other things, but I don't have the time to itemize. There was a damaged lounge chair on the balcony that was replace in a timely manner. I would not stay at this location again.

This was our second time renting this condo and we loved it. The condo is spacious, clean and truly has the best view (straight out at the pool and the ocean)on the island from the enormous balcony.
While the furniture and appliances are getting a little older....they are clean and comfortable. The addition of wireless internet was greatly appreciated. While the Shorewood complex is literally steps away from the always busy Coligny Plaza and public beach.... It somehow maintains a quiet and serene atmosphere behind the gates. I would highly recommend!
