1963 St. Andrews is a second floor unit with golf course and lagoon view. The living room features vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the deck. It is also furnished with a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations and a 42” flat screen TV.
Pet Friendly Rental Rules and Conditions Apply.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, 32” flat screen TV, access to the deck, and a private bath with tub/shower combination. The loft-style second bedroom is located up a spiral staircase. It is furnished with two twin beds, a TV and full bath.

Enjoyed our stay in St. Andrews. Having always stayed in Queens Grant for over 30 years this was a new experience. Unit was very charming. Spiral staircase was good for our college age children but tricky for adults. Would like an outdoor shower or hose (bought one at Wal-mart) to rinse off after the beach. Small unit but very charming and perfect for a one-week stay. Loved the pet-friendly option as did our yellow lab. Pool was close and refreshing after a hot day on the beach. Would recommend to others.

Described as two bedroom but really a one bedroom loft. Also none of the drawers worked and unit not kept up well. Pillows and bedding of poor quality. Disappointed with amenities and beds. Sleeper sofa had such a thin mattress it was not usable. We will not be back at this unit. Love the location. It was very quiet.

After finding out that our original condo had a broken pool, we were re-directed to Saint andrews and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint I would have is the spiral staircase. Both my friend and her daughter took a spill on the narrow stairs. Other than that, we thought the place was great.

The Villa was lovely. Very clean and decorated
nicely. Location was perfect, beautiful view of
the golf course, grounds surrounding the Villa are
lush with plants - very well kept. Pool and clubhouse are very nice and accessible.
We loved the fact that in a few minutes we could
bicycle to the beach (two bicycles were included
with our Villa)or take leisurely bike rides on the
bike paths in the area.
This was our first trip to Hilton Head, we live in
Alabama, we are planning our next trip and hope to stay at 1963 St. Andrew - WE LOVE IT!!! -

This condo provided a perfect setting for r & r.
The attractive furnishings; scenery from expansive windows in each room and a warm, cosy ambience created a quiet home base as we read on the deck; motored to local golf courses and restaurants;walked to the general store to buy a paper, amid bikers; and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the housekeeper's cleanliness and the groundskeepers attention to the plantings. We were close enough to walk to the shops across Hilton Highway if we chose.
