This fourth floor corner unit features landscape views with the Atlantic Ocean beyond. A sitting balcony borders the living/dining area and master bedroom with access from each through sliding glass doors. the living room features a 37" flat screen TV with DVD player. The large kitchen opens to a formal dining area and open living room.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 26" flat screen TV, and private master bath with garden Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, TV, and access to a full hall bath.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and plenty of space for a family of four. The kids (ages 2 and 4) loved the zero entry children's pool with fountain.
Excellent location in the heart of the island just steps away from the beach. The only thing that I would consider changing is purchasing new chairs for the family/living room.
We are already planning our return trip for next year.

The unit was very nice and comfortable.
The pool area fence and deck were being painted - the workers tried to be low key.
The unit upstairs was under construction so there was some noise but not too distracting since we were out everyday.
Loved the beach.
Golf courses were wonderful.
A couple of suggestions:
Supply a decent corkscrew, wine chill bucket, scissors, plastic glasses (for balcony use), multi surface spray cleaner and rags, pot scrub brush, extra towel-like bathmat, knife sharpener and a booklet with info on nearest grocery store, bike rental, directions to the 3 golf courses, etc.Response from Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island - 05/21/2011

The unit suited us very well. The bathroom layouts and bedrooms were great.
The ceramic tile floor was a little sandy when we arrived, but we were at the beach, which we loved. There could have been more cleaning supplies available to help during the week. There is a lot of glass in the condo and 2 boys under the age of 5 have a lot of sticky fingers! Also, some kitchen basics (salt, pepper, coffee grinder, matching sets of plates and silverware) were missing. -

The Windsor was fantastic. The grounds and pool were well maintained and very clean. Our unit was particularly suitable for our 4 and 1 year olds. The unit was well equiped and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.

2412 was clean and had fairly comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had
LOTS of wine glasses, but since we were not wine/alcohol drinkers, we did
not have enough glassware for iced tea and such. Also, fewer plates,
silverware, etc in this unit than in most we have rented.
Owners might want to consider upgrade of TV's in unit - at least in main
living area. Most families are used to at least one HDTV at home.
The unit had TV's and DVD players but no games, books, cards, etc.
Fortunately we brought some from home but most units have a few items
like these.
Quiet location on end of building. Adequate amenities - kitchen equipment
might have been better; example, no hand mixer. Few large bowls, etc. We
cook a lot and didn't have all equipment that we desired. This was not a
deal-breaker, but would have made experience more enjoyable.
Liked least: 2nd bedroom became unbearably HOT during afternoon even
with shades kept closed 100% of time. Ceiling fan only helped a little.
Liked best: Combination lock on front door made access easy for all family
members!
End-unit location was very quiet.
