Had the condo rented the last weekend of September for a reunion with friends. Accommodations are first class, location very close to beach and staff at Palmetto Dunes was friendly and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this property. Will rent again for family trip with wife and kids!

The house is a cozy house that reminded me of home growing up. It has a location that is close enough to walk to the beach any time of the day. Did I mention it is a great beach! Many bike paths to get plenty of exercise or just to do a leisurely ride to view the area. It is close to everything that you will want to visit. And if you want to stay in and watch a movie it has a great entertainment center with a very fast internet. I will be coming back every year.

Close to the beach and golf, plenty of room for all of us, wonderful little market right around the corner for items we forgot and a great restaurant across the street for a great dinner. We never had to touch our cars after we arrived.

This homey condo has all the comforts of home, but without all the distractions! The location was very convenient to the beach, as well as other activities (we walked everywhere!), but still very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at 501 Queens Grant in Hilton Head. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. There was ample room for our family of five. We enjoyed the beach, swimming pools and bike riding.

Beautiful, spotless villa, fully equipped kitchen, minutes in walking distance to beach, less on bicycle! Friendly easy rental process with owner. Lovely location, right beside biking paths and pools close by, as well as quaint corner store and bike rental . We loved it, and hope to return in the future.

This was our 2nd visit to 501 Queens Grant. We love the relaxing atmosphere. The condo had everything we needed. Palmetto Dunes is a great family place. Our kids love riding bikes to the pool, general store & beach. This will not be our last visit!

What a great place to stay! We spent a girls weekend at this condo relaxing and
catching up. Close to the beach and also to some great restaurants and other Hilton
Head attractions. The condo accomodations were very homey and welcoming with
plenty of space. I would definitely stay there again with friends or with my family. -

I was particularly surprised at how comfortable and fully equiped your villa is. There was plenty of room for four adult women and we could have easily fit one or two more. The island is beautiful and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation. Oh and as a bonus - the master bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Thank you so much for helping us have a perfect weekend!

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in! It is well kept, fully appointed, convienently located and the owners were easy to work with.
Even over the Christmas Holiday week, the area was quiet and relaxing yet there were still plenty of activites available.
I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation spot. -

What a wonderful villa & location to celebrate Christmas with the family. We had so much fun sharing the delicious meals, walks on the beach, biking around the island & shopping at the outlet mall. The best part was the friedly owners of the villa. They went out of their way to make sure our stay at their villa was the best Christmas vacation! We will definitely be returning to Isle Be Back villa in Hilton Head.

It’s apparent that the owner’s take great pride in this property. It’s very clean, well kept and has a great location (near the general store, bike rental AND THE BEACH).
They’ve also done a lot of little things that made the trip more enjoyable – wireless internet, board games, videos, etc.
What impressed me most was the time they put into their personal “guide book” which included local radio stations, TV stations and maps to the beach and other local attractions.
Overall, I’d give this property a 10 out of 10.

The Palmetto Dunes resort is truly an escape from my busy daily routine, and my vacation at 501 Queens Grant was a very pleasant experience. The home was clean, very neatly furnished, had comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed grilling in the patio area during quiet afternoons. The community is well kept, and the walks throughout Palmetto Dunes and the beach was highlighted by the beautiful flowers and grounds.
We especially enjoyed the breakfasts at the general store which is a short walk away. -

time!!! The location of the condo is perfect for long romantic walks and has convenient
access to the beach. It is very clean and you can tell it is well taken care of by the

I particularly liked this unit because of it's location. I golf with friends and do not like going through the plantation gates and this unit is located outside the gates and immediately inside the Queens Grant entry. The home was perfect and well appointed. The bed was exceptional which is important to me because of my back. I remember new tile in the bathrooms and new sinks and countertops. The gas grill outside worked fine and everything that I needed was there. I make most of my own meals and lacked for nothing to do that. The owner was gracious and helpful. I liked the idea of easily getting outside on the ground for my coffee in the morning, just as I do at home. I have nothing negative to report about this unit.

This spacious and comfortable condo has all the comforts of home! From the complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival to the dreamy soft mattress and everything in between our stay was absolutely perfect. Our short walk to and on the beach was enjoyable and relaxing...so many close by restaurants to choose from... The day we chose to eat in we had our steaks sizzling on the outdoor grill in no time. All in all I would say 501 Queens Grant is the perfect get-away for a wonderful week at the beach and away from the hustle & bustle... We will definitely be back soon!

This well-kept and spacious home offered complete comfort to our family during our stay at Hilton Head. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome, adding many nice "extras" such as beach chairs, games, and even beach toys for the kids. It was very fully supplied with all the basic necessities, and was very nicely decorated and maintained. It was within close proximity to all the amenities of the resort, including the general store and pool. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, as they were very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Hilton Head- our entire experience was fantastic and we can hardly wait to come back!

My mom is a picky vacationer. I myself have always enjoyed Hilton Head Island. I thought it was a good idea to take my mom there. It turned out to be a great vacation for the whole family. My mom totally enjoyed the staying. The villa was closed to the beach that my mom took daily morning stroll to and at the beach. It was only about 15 minutes from all the restaurant we wanted to dine at. Furthermore, my mom already asked if we can go back next year for our vacation!!!
