It had been 13 years since we had last stayed at the Shorewood complex, wow how things have changed. This condo represents one of the best views of the ocean and the beautiful pool, on the island. The accomodations and updates to the condo were excellent. Would Definetly recommend to my closet friends. The only negative for the Enire stay was the weather at the end of the Wwek as we left early and the construction noise from the complex next to Shorewwod. Dayton Ohio.

Good location, pool and view of ocean. Nicely renovated kitchen. Small master bathroom. Master bedroom needed a mirror, chair and more drawer space. Master bedroom window and sliding glass door in need of repair or replacement, difficult to open. Would have liked the option to turn aC lower than 68 degrees, esp. on the extremely hot days. Elevator was out of service for three days and ceiling in second bedroom cracked and leaked when it rained. However, Sea Turtle Getaways was easy to get in touch with about these issues and made all attempts to resolve them and did compensate us for our trouble. We would use Sea Turtle Getaways again for our next trip to HH. Special thanks to Renee!

This unit was perfect for our family vacation. Location is excellent, short walk/bike to Coligny, steps from the ocean and pool and bike path is right across the street. Unit was recently updated and has nice furnishings (no floral covered sofas here :-)) Jen-aire appliances, tile and granite throughout. Balcony has great ocean and pool view. Even with patio doors closed, you can hear the Ocean. Two entrances to the balcony- one off main room and other off master. Unit Door is also key pad entrance, so no keys/ cards to take to pool/ beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of pots/ pans/ utensils/ serving dishes-- added bonus of storage containers. We stayed there with our 4 1/2 and 1 1/2 yr old boys and unit and pool was perfect for us. Condo complex had mix of families, couples, and retired vacationers. Pool had zero entry so perfect for small kids. Also ample places on walk to ocean to rinse off sand. Covered or surface parking option. Elevator or stairs to 5th floor. Near great restraunts and grocery stores. If I had to list a fault, it would be that you have to walk though parking garage and parking lot to get to the pool or ocean. Not really a big deal, just more of a minor inconvenience. Again, we loved our stay.

Nicely remodeled condo with ocean view across pool and courtyard. Easy beach access and close enough to walk to Coligny Plaza for some shops/restaurants. (beware of the Coral Resort Time Share hawkers--stay away!) You'll need to drive to get to other HHI attractions and there are better restaurants in other locations--e.g. Robert Irvine's eat in Wexford Village; Old Fort Pub up on the north end off Squire Pope Road. Condo kitchen was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Great pool and large hot tub in the complex. Only downside was the bathrooms. They were both redone but left the old tubs and 1970's glass doors which leaked a little. Otherwise, you can't beat the location and views. Did have a slight hiccup with check-in (rental agent forgot to put package in the late arrival box but luckily she had an employee who lived nearby and got us the package quickly.)

We were here with our daughter, son-in-law- and one year old grandson. The experience could not have been better. From the oceanfront location to the condo, everything was perfect (even the weather). We will definately return in the near future and look forward to another excellent vacation.
