This lovely townhouse is completely renovated and features updates including granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and designer furnishings. The spacious open floor plan includes a living space with access to the large screened porch and deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The master bedroom is also on the main floor, furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bath.
Upstairs, the second master bedroom also features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bath. The third bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV, and a private bath.

This is a spacious and well appointed villa with updated applicances, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, updated TV;s including one in the bathroom! We loved the kitchen and openess to the dining and living rooms. Most Tennismasters do not have kitchens like this and we think it made a huge difference. The large deck and screened porch were very pleasant and we enjoyed watching the golfers fumble on the 8th hole of the Brigadeen course. When it was warm enough we were able to eat in the screened porch. We used the free tennis at the Van der Meer facility at least three times a week! The rental company were responsive to some issues - we arrived and there was no hot water, but the company had a repair person the next morning. The Island Cruisers bike rental company were great and very responsive when we needed more bikes or repairs to flat tires. The villa is a short bike ride to the beach and easy drive to any of the major shopping and restaurants. We found a way to ride around the island by beach to end up in Skull Creek and then enjoy a lunch at the Skull Creek Boat House. The main annoying issue is the Shipyard security. One can only get guest passes if we call the rental company and only during business hours and not on Sunday. So we felt like prisnoers in our villa. We had many friends visiting the island so we liked to have last minute suppers etc. but the passes proved to be a frustration. On one occassion our friends were escorted by the security to ensure they were were not felons - and another time even though we called in a pass our guests were detained for 10 minutes while they looked for the pass. We are all well educated professionals and really didn't need this type of treatment thrust upon our guests. We don't know why this rental company charged for weekly passes as our other friends staying in The Greens were not charged. We loved the Fresh Market for groceries. A good stay and only wish this year the weather was a bit warmer as it was unseasonalbly cool for Nov. I would stay again but hope the security issue is resovled.

We were extremely happy with this location and would definitely stay here again! In fact, some friends visited us and may book it next year! The home is beautifully decorated and well-apportioned. Tennismaster is a smaller complex, so the pool traffic was light. The walk to the pool was less than a minute, which made it easy to go back and forth. We loved the privacy of the front entrance! Each unit has it's own walk up, which provides plenty of space for bike rentals and beach gear...and a hose to rinse everything off! The back deck and screened-in porch were perfect for morning breakfasts (and the ceiling fan was a huge help with the heat). It's about a 3-min. bike ride to the beach! There are plenty of bathrooms and space; there were 5 of us, but you could comfortably fit 8 people. My son loved the bunk room with the gamer chairs and TV. Suggestions for making things top notch would be the addition of larger kitchen storage containers and sturdy mixing bowls. The place could also use a deep clean with baseboards and cabinets, artificial plants at least 1x/mo. The service porch could also use a clean-up, especially since the gas grill is located here. This is a management issue with housekeeping. We understand it's a quick turnaround with renters, but this would make the place a 5 star plus! We were very happy with the ease of renting with Resort Rentals! We have already recommended them to friends.

The townhouse was ery nice and had plenty of room. The only complaint was the problem with the two upstairs bathrooms nt working or clean the first day we were there.
Overall a great experience. We will be coming back again -

After travelling with a group of golfers to Hilton Head for the past 6 years, the family decided it was time to have a family vacation there too.
I have stayed at various locations on the island before but always felt Shipyard's location was the best for a family as it was central.
I looked at various home/villa rental web sites and compiled a list of possible rentals to review. Everyone thought 1002 Tennismaster was the nicest looking of the bunch and the price was within our budget.
The booking process was easy - emails were replied to almost immediately. Phone calls were made when they said they would. As we live in Canada, the check in package was to be left at the office in the lockbox. We called on the drive down and got the access to the lockbox and when we arrived, the package was there as specified and as it should be.
The house was in perfect shape and everything was in working order. The space it provided was perfect for us. We had one "plumbing" issue during our stay and a quick phone call remedied the problem.
The location was perfect. A quick 1 minute walk to the pool. 15 minute walk to the beach. Certainly a positive experience for all.
