"SEA-esta" is newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom 2-story end-unit town home in the Ocean Breeze Villas complex in Hilton Head Island, SC.
Sleeps 4-6 with a queen size sleeper sofa.
It’s just a short 2 block (~500 yards) walk to the beach, close to the pool, and Coligny Plaza!

In-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.
Monthly pricing: January $1400, February $1600, March $2300
A refundable security deposit in the amount of $200 is required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage. State of SC tourism tax is 11% and $125 cleaning fee will be added to your rental fee.
The dog fee is $90.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% + $200 security deposit is required within a week of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Sea-Esta and it was wonderful. This time we brought our dog and she had a great time. The location near the beach and restaurants cannot be beat. The owners have an extremely useful information guide that includes their favorite restaurants and things to do. This was such a nice touch and made deciding where to eat so much easier. We will definitely be back!

This is my family's 3rd summer at Sea-esta. Each year it keeps getting better and better! We were in love with the adorable,pristine beachy condo the first time we were there and didn't know it could get better! Each year the owner's have continued to improve and add upgrades. My family likes to stay here because their are so many kids things - games, bed rails, cups plates, wagon. My kids are starting to become good swimmers and the pool is 3 steps out the backdoor. Awesome! And the best part - the beautiful beach of HHI you can't beat it!

This was our second stay at Sea-esta and it was better than ever! The owners pay attention to detail providing everything to make your vacation comfortable. Since our last stay they have upgraded the appliances to stainless steel and added a new leather sofa, which looks great. The villa is incredibly clean! You would never know a dog has ever been there. We loved the convenience of having the pool nearby, everything we needed for trips to the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc), and a stocked kitchen to cook a few meals. We tried some great new restaurants that were recommended in the owner's info guide. Also we took a day & visited Savannah, which is only a short 45 minute drive. We cannot wait to return next year for our "Sea-esta!"

We just got back from a wonderful week at Sea-Esta and absolutely loved this condo! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Brandi and Brad did not miss a thing as the kitchen was fully stocked - even with coffee filters, spices,dish soaps and even laundry detergent. They even had the kitchen closet stocked with several sized coolers and even dog towels! The green book had lots of great recommendations for eating and bike rentals. We rented bikes for the week and this was a great location to ride to Coligny Plaza and the beach or several other trails close by. I will definately be booking with Brandi and Brad again and recommending to our friends. They have done a wonderful job on the renovations... it is just an adorable unit to rent.

This was our third saty at Sea-esta and everything was better than ever. New living room furniture and other nice additions We brought another couple who have never been to Hilton Head before and they were very impressed with the condo and its handy location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The guys rented bikes for the week. They rode every morning while we shopped and then we all went to the beach. We were also glad that the twin beds converted to a king so both couples were happy. The condo is so nicey decorated and smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in. It is just a few steps to the pool where we spent a good deal of time. Brandi and Brad are so wonderful to work with. She even had discount coupons for the bike rental. They also have an excellent restaurant guide that they have put together. We loved all of the places that they suggested. We will be back again next year. We give Sea-esta an a+

This vacation rental was absolutley beautiful. It was clean and decorated with great taste. It was comfortable and had everything you could think of from beach chairs to laundry detergent. It was like you were in your own home. If you needed something, it was there. The owners thought of everything and made it very easy to check in and out. We brought our dogs and they even had dog dishes available. We will definately stay there again. It was also very close to the beach which was perfect. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

My husband and I had wonderful time staying at this villa. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Brandi was great giving you suggestions for dining, and recreation. It was nice to be able to take our maltipoo too. She loved her bicycle rides on the beach and bike paths. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was equip with everything you could possibly need, especially if you have small children. We have a 9 and 12 year old that just loved the place. The pool being just steps from the back door is awesome. Althought it is about a 15 min. walk to the beach, the access point is much better than Coligny since it is much less crowded with the convenience of a life guard. Since you are right next to the Marriot time shares, the bar is open to the public with access right behind the public access bathrooms. The bathrooms were always clean the showers uncrowded. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We stayed for the whole month of July and never wanted for anything. The deck box is filled with 2 beach umbrellas, 4 chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, a slide board and much more. Just pack your clothes and bathing suits and you are ready for a fabulous beach vacation. She even supplies beach towels!!

I just got back from a "girls trip" and we stayed at Sea-esta, it was such a pleasant experience. The location of the condo could not be beat! The beach was a 10 minute walk, as described, and you could even bike there in about 2-3 minutes. The pool is right around the corner. And there are a ton of great places to shop and eat nearby. The condo owner has personal restaurant recommendations inside the condo, and this was all we used. All of her recommendations were great! The condo comes with everything you need, so that you don't need to stop by the store and get things like soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. - like some other places I have stayed. There is also not a laundry list of things to do upon check-out as well. I don't give 5-star reviews unless they are truly deserved...and this one definitely is. We will be bringing our husbands back next year!

The pictures dont do the villa justice. The condo outshines all of the places that we have ever stayed. The decor is just lovely andd the owners have thought of everything. Even a fancy electric corkscrew. The bath towels and beach towels are plush and they even have special Dog towels. Location is great. Close to the pool, beach, shopping and lots of great places to eat. The pool was very nice and very close. We went to the beach and then to the pool everyday. They supply beach chairs, towels. cooler.beachbag and beach toys We have given glowing reports to our friends and family and we plan on returning to Sea-esta next year.

My family stayed at the condo for a week in May and had a great time! The condo is beautifully renovated and has all the amenities of home. The owner thought of everything that would be needed for a young family - lots of beach towels, booster chair, bed rails, coolers (even the little things like laundry detergent, soap, paper towels were a welcome surprise. who wants to buy that on vacation???) My kids, 2 & 4, enjoyed the games, dvds, pool toys and especially the wagon that they were able to ride in to the beach.The 'Welcome Book' in the condo lists several recommended restaurants and activities. We enjoyed several of them - Yum! The condo is in a great location. Close to Coligny Beach and shopping as well as very good restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!
