Our newly redecorated lovely 2 BR ,2 BA Condo features tile floors,new appliances and everything you will need for a great vacation at one of the best beach, golf,and tennis resorts in America.

Spacious, 2 BR, 2 BA, very attractive 2nd floor (of a 3-story) condominium. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a new TV and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a second full bathroom.The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper.

This is one of the "Larger" units at Fiddler''s Cove Beach &... Racquet Club. The unit has recently been redecorated, and has tile floors and new appliances,and new TVs. We live in our unit for nearly six months each year so we do maintain and care for it like it is "our own".

We are located on a 23-acre resort within a gated community with 24-hour security. Fiddler''s Cove Beach & Racquet Club's prime central island location makes it a favorite family destination. And best of all, we are just a very short walk to Hilton Head''s widest and loveliest stretch of white sand beach. We are near restaurants, shops, golf courses, kayaking, wind sailing, dolphin watching, boating, deep-sea fishing, nature walk, biking, surf fishing,outlet stores, and more. You can fall out of bed onto the numbers 9&10 tennis courts.

Amenities: Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,wet bar, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils, an apartment size washer and dryer, and full dining room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, cable TV, DVD Player,and wet bar.Linens and towels are provided.

The unit also has a large deck furnished with a dining set and lounges. It is like an open air living room.

There are two large pools, hot tub, 24/7 Security, 10 well kept clay tennis courts (at no charge),and two indoor racquetball courts (at no charge). Small playgrounds and bike racks are located throughout the resort. We have an on-site caretaker for our unit. The island wide bike path is located near the entrances to Fiddler's Cove. Our unit is located very close to Fiddler's back gate thus making the walk to the beach very short.

Fiddler''s Cove Beach and Racquet Club is located in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. This is a residential only area with the nicest beach on the island. It is a two minute walk to the beach from our unit.

Spring & Fall - April 7 - May 23 and Sept 7 - Oct 18 - $695.00\Wk

Summer - May 24 - Sept 8 - $750.00\Wk

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A $400.00 deposit is due within 5 days of booking. Final payment is due 3 weeks before check in.

The minimum rental period is four days.Our Daily rate is $130.00

Activities: Hilton Head is a resort with an amazing and varied number of restaurants, shops and, just off island, two large outlet malls. There are several wildlife and nature preserves located within minutes of Fiddler''s Cove.   Nice size condo. Loved having 2 bathrooms, especially with 3 teenage daughters!
  
  Pool was a 3 minute walk; tennis court was just outside of unit; and the beach was about a 7 minute walk.
  
  Unit up on 2nd floor...great balcony. Would sit and have breakfast out there.
  
  Beds were all very comfy, even the sleeper sofa.
  
  Didn't cook in the unit, but did use the microwave for popcorn.
  
  Some things I wish I knew ahead of time...bring own coffee filters...we brought coffee but didn't think of filters.
  
  2 rolls of toilet paper were provided in each bathroom, but having 4 females in the place, we needed more.
  
  Internet/WiFi was decent. Every once in awhile we would get dropped.
  
  All in all it was a really nice place to stay.

  Great first trip to Hilton Head Island

  We had such a great time on our first trip to HHI. This condo was perfect for our family and the family that stayed with us. The condo was clean and decorated so cute in a beach theme. The condo was located in a great resort with access to anything that we needed. Just a few steps out of the front door was the pool and tennis rackets. The beach was a little bit of a walk but not too far. I would reccomend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be coming back to HHI and staying in this condo if available on our dates of travel.

  Great Vacation at Fiddler's Cove

  This was our first time to travel and stay somewhere other than a hotel, but with our growing family it was necessary. Everything regarding the condo was almost perfect. Everything was as described and was clean and very nice. Bob made the process extremely easy and was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend renting this property. There were a couple of things (grumpy security guard when we checked in) that couldn't be helped, but the condo itself was great. The beach was a short walk and the pools were great.
  The tennis courts were in wonderful shape and our youngest had a ball on the little playground. A great family resort.
  Overall, I would do it again!

  Great beach and sports vacation

  Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club was wonderfully located and well maintained. The clay tennis courts are some of the best I have ever played on. The two pools and surrounding areas were very clean,with nice lounges.
  The condo wae exactly as described and portrayed in the Homeaway photos. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliances were new. All floors were tile except for the two bedrooms. We loved the large fuenished deck and spent a good deal of our time on it.
  We rented bikes and loved the fact that the island wide bike paths were just outside Fiddler's gates. Biking on the beach was wonderful too. I have stayed in other areas of Hilton Head but the Folly Fiels section has the nicest beach and is not as crowded as other sections.
  Overall this condo was a very good value for the price. It had everything a family would need for a special vacation and the owner,Bob was very helpful. The rental process was easy.
  I reccomend this condo without any reservations. We had a great time.

  A Place for Everyone

  The family, and I mean the whole family, 26 of us, met at Fiddler's Cove for a family reunion. My in-laws lived in Hilton Head for many years and have been back in Pittsburgh for over 8 years now. We decided to go to Hilton Head again for vacation as we did for 15+ years. We had such a great time at "the cove." The kids are all old enough now to enjoy some time by themselves, 10 of them, and the adults got to spend time together without kids. The unit listed here was beautiful! The nicest of the bunch everyone had rented! It was clean and had all that we needed. Especially, the big deck. A great place to vacation. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the tennis courts being groomed. Then we took off for a 5 mile walk on the beach. The location was perfect. The beach was close enough that we could come home for lunch and cool off for about an hour then go back to the beach. No gritty sandwiches! We enjoyed visitng all the places we liked from before. We even took our now 19,17 and 16 year old kids to see Shannon Tanner. What a blast that was. It brought back several great memories. My mother-in-law who suffers from Peripheral neuritis was able to get to the beach everyday. We dropped her off at the beach walk and then took the car back home. She was able to get out the walk to sit on the beach and watch us all play our silly games and build sandcastles. She loved it. Even my father-in-law went to the beach once. (He never does that.)
  The condo was in great shape - just as described in the ad. The decor was lovely,the appliances and televisions were new,and everything we needed was there.
  It was a great time for all of us and my family would like to send our appreciation to Bob for giving us a great place to stay.
