A short walk or bike ride to the beach, this villa has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in one guest bedroom and two twins in the other second guest bedroom. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, with a large flat screen TV is in the living room. We have stayed in this unit twice(once with kids, once without). It is large enough that you feel spread out when there are 6-8 guests staying here. It has a great deck that overlooks the Shipyard golf course, a pool, and a covered hot tub. There is a beach path right off the parking lot which makes the beach a convenient 8-10 minute walk. Shipyard Plantation is a beautiful place to stay, close to Coligny Plaza. The unit was clean and kitchen has been renovated to stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new cupboards - beautiful!! Highly recommend it!

Each year we rent a condo at Hilton Head for our family vacation. This is the second year we have stayed at Colonnade Club 195. We especially liked having three full baths, three bedrooms, and a sofa bed. It's within walking distance to the beach plus a convenient swimming pool with a hot tub.

My husband and I normally rent a condo or villa for a week each summer and invite our daughter and son and their family to join us. We enjoyed the convenience of the Colonnade to the beach and to the swimming pool (and hot tub); and especially liked the bedrooms and baths being on one floor. The only complaint from our family was that the queen sized mattress was a little hard; however, the mattress on the pull out sofa was better than average.
