Fiddler's Cove is a 23 acre resort, just a five minute walk to Folly Field Beach, one of Hilton Head's widest and most beautiful beaches. Our recently remodeled villa boasts two full bedrooms with a pillow top queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. We have re-painted the entire villa and recently added brand new carpet throughout. The spacious living room has queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a dining area that seats six. The villa's two full baths have been completely remodeled with new ceramic tile flooring, vanities and fixtures. The villa also has a wet bar, and a washer and dryer in the unit! En...joy all the conveniences of home with the fully-equipped, full-size kitchen and relax on our lovely, private third floor balcony.

You will also enjoy many amenities, such as a flat screen HDTV with built in DVD player in the master bedroom and a new 40-inch flat screen HDTV with DVD player and premium cable in the living room. Listen to your favorite music on our new stereo system and stay connected with free wi-fi and free local and long distance calls.

Our lovely third floor villa is in one of the closest buildings to Folly Field Beach Park, which has showers, bathrooms, and plenty of parking. Our villa is adjacent to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and indoor racquetball courts. It has a quiet private garden view balcony that is great for your morning coffee or an evening beverage. Fiddler's Cove is a family friendly, gated community with 24 hour security. On-site amenities include two pools, hot tub,10 Har-Tru tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts, community game room, barbeque grills, and multiple outdoor play areas. Guests also have complimentary access to the Progressive Health & Fitness Club, located just a few minutes away. You are steps away from the island’s fabulous bike paths and are conveniently located to dozens of great restaurants, shopping and world class golf. Our well equipped villa also includes various items that guests are welcome to use including, beach chairs, beach cart, toys and boogie boards. Just bring your beach towels, and you're set for a great vacation!

Hilton Head Island offers everything you need for a perfect and relaxing vacation. The island has nearly two hundred great restaurants from casual and family-friendly, to intimate and romantic. There is great shopping throughout the island as well as at the nearby outlet mall. A golf lover’s paradise, there are over 25 right courses on the island. You’ll also find plenty of activities on the island, such as fishing, parasailing, water skiing, horseback riding, miniature golf, dolphin watching and beach walking. All weekly rates include 11% accommodations taxes and cleaning fees.
Add $50.00/week for special event weeks: one week before and one week after Easter, and Heritage Golf week.
* We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders and credit cards. No extra fees for credit card payments!

RESERVATION DEPOSIT/TERMS: $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT is required within ten days of making reservation. Reservation is not complete until deposit is received. Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure date minus any expenses incurred, if any.

One half of rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

When this agreement has been cancelled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, a refund of deposits paid (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be made. Cancellation between 60days and 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit unless property can be re-rented at full rate. Cancellation less than 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your rental unless property can be re-rented at full rate.

  This was our first visit to Hilton Head and it was great. We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our visit. The owner was great to work with. We can't wait to visit again.

  Had a great week relaxing on Hilton Head in this lovely apartment. Everything you could think of was provided from kitchen and bathroom supplies to everything you need for the beach (chairs, brolly, cooler bags etc). Beach is only a few minutes walk and what a beach! The facilities on the complex are also very good with 2 pools and numerous tennis courts. The security on site is also good. Only slightly negative point and reason not rated a 5 is kitchen area is due for re-furb
