Great condo! Very spacious, very comfortable, lush surroundings, and extraordinary wildlife to be enjoyed at the lagoon! Plus a short 3 minute walk to the beach, and all the amenities of Shyipyard. Couldn't ask for a more enjoyable vacation!

The villa was very clean. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. However there was only one wash clothe & one dish towel. The barrell chairs in the family room were small & uncomfortable. A loveseat would work much better. The deck off the family room is a safety hazard. It needs replaced badly. There we light bulbs that needed replaced & there were no replacements available in the villa. All in all, we had a good visit. The rental company was very pleasant & helpful. Again it was a very clean,well decorated villa. Just needed more comfortable chairs & kitchen towels.
One more thing- there is a large alligator in the lagoon that was on the bank alot. The lady next to us said it had gotten a few dogs. He needs to be relocated! -

island getaways as a company was terrific. everything was as described with no surprises. very well organized and honest people to deal with, truly concerned with the tenants well being and overall satisfaction. the property was a bit dated and somewhat inconvenient to get to ( beachwalk area). i would definitely book through island getaways again, however would choose a more modern and centrally located property.

We have stayed in this unit several times, ( and have a reservation to return again!) and have always enjoyed it. The decking in front and back needs to be replaced though!
