Great area. Villa could have been cleaner. Found 5 roaches. Person came and sprayed. In my opinion, I think the person who sprayed did a lousy job. My wife and our family also said the same thing. Hoping to do business with you again. Thgank you

Location of 37 Water Oak was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was in the backyard. The villa was spacious for our family of 5 and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The villa could have been a little cleaner (looked like it needed a good deep cleaning job...it was surface clean). The beds were horrible...noisy and very uncomfortable. I would definately stay again and recommend the villa if the mattresses were replaced!

We left the cold winter in Pittsburgh behind and rented a lovely 2 bedroom villa in Palmetto Dunes Resort. It was mid-island which was a wonderful location,Shelter Cove across the street, golf, tennis, walking trails and the Dunes House which was a great place for a bite to eat and a cold drink after walking the beach. A few things needed repaired during our 3 month stay but Island Rentals were very prompt and efficient in taking care of our requests.

Comfortable, Convenient and affordable house with new furniture. We have just one suggestion for housekeeping department they should probably do a little bit better job

The condo had excellent furnishing and a great location. We were able to sample a lot of local restaurants. I would stay in this area and this condo in the future.
