The unit was wonderful! Much bigger than expected and location was great. We would rent this same unti again or another in the Mainsail Community. Close to everything, but still quiet. Great views of the harbor!

The condo was clean & was everything we expected from this area resturants & shops were at our finger tips.The home was great except for a few propblems the tv in one of the bed rooms did not work & the furniture in the living room need to be replaced as you fell to the springs sitting on the chairs. All in all it was a great experience with everything in walking distance or a short bike ride it was great. Thanks the Butler's

From the location to the gorgeous views, this condo is perfect. We stayed for one week with our two teenagers and loved the fact that they had their own "side" to sleep in and a large bathroom. The half bath is another bonus! The property is well kept and quiet. The pool/hot tub were spotless and comfortable. Having the marina right out the window provided for lots of people/boat watching. It's also nice to be able to walk right out the door and have shopping, restaurants and water activities at your fingertips. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have travel size shampoo and conditioner provided (we arrived late at night and didn't have these items with us), upgraded tissues and a couple more bath towels. We'll definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this locale twice now, two different condos. This is a great locale and have loved this. It is convenient to all places on Hilton Head. This is a nice condo with 2 full suites, comfortable bedding. I would suggest that the artificial plants be replaced as they are dusty and outdated, otherwise a very nice place. Also, would make sure that pest control guy does not come while you are staying there as he walked in the condo in the middle of day without ringing the bell and scared us to death as we were taking a nap. Island Getaway called us after we reported this and most apologetic about this incident.

Last year was the third year we stayed at Mainsail. We love the location with it's shops, resturants and boats. We rented one condo the first year and two condos the next two years. We hope to come again next spring. The service was wonderful and all of our needs taken care. We rented bikes and went riding every day. The best thing about Mainsail was the pool. It was hard to get the family out of the water at the end of the day.

Rented from Oct. 10 through the end of March 11.
This was our 5th or 6th rental of ms 409, obviously we like the unit and it's location right on the harbor. MainSail is a great complex, very nice pool, super maintenance plus covered parking.
