We rented several places in HHI but this one is the best by far. The location is excellent. The villa is clean, nice and very well equipped.
The wireless needs some upgrade to make this place a full package.
A sweet place to stay, affordable, with well-equipped kitchen.

We loved our stay here so much we extended by one week. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The view from the balcony includes the playground, where we watched kids climb on the knotted, sturdy branches of an ancient oak tree. We rented bikes and enjoyed the shaded bike paths throughout Sea Pines. With two bedrooms and two baths, we had tons of room. The wifi came in handy for and there was a small desk.
Everyone has their own style. We tend to be minimalists. If we were to redecorate, we'd tend to eliminate some knick-knacks and just a very few of the art pieces. But seriously, that's being super picky.
The only noise warning I would provide is this--the condo is located amidst retail space and there are open air concerts on the grounds. I could barely hear them, in the master bedroom, but they did run until 11 p.m. some nights. The occupant of the second bedroom could not hear them at all. Let's just say Darius Rucker's big hit with the lyric, "Oh, Mama rock me," remains a pleasant memory of our stay.
The owners had thoughtfully provided beach chairs so we did not have to rent chairs, a nice savings and very kind.
We would 110% reserve this place again.
Restaurant recommendations include "It's all Greek," which had exceptional food, high above the normal standard for a great Greek place. Also, Low Country kitchen in Sea Pines -- we bought their gumbo and added shrimp and andouille for several yummy meals, Charlie's Etoile Verte for lunch, where the salmon sandwich with horseradish sauce really rocked, Roastfish and Cornbread for the best collard greens, grilled oysters and the lightest sweet potato cornbread we've ever eaten, Sea Pines Grille for lunch -- a lovely watermelon gazpacho and generous lunch portions.
If it rains and you want to see a movie--buy tickets in advance or it could be sold out.
We recommend visiting Daufuskie and the Pinckney book, in the condo. Pat Conroy taught on the island many years ago.
