Very clean! Smells fresh. Well kept. Great balcony beach view over trees and small bushes. Not right on the beach sand, but that is the way all the places are here. (Vegetation between beach and condos for erosion control). Short walk (60 ft. or so) over wood walkway onto sand beach. Modern kitchen with full size range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Nice bath room. Small, but has full size tub/shower. Nice bedroom with ceiling fan. Great for a couple or family with two kids that like bunk beds. Quiet. Nice convenient location. Flat screen TV in living room. Small CRT TV in bedroom. Load up your stuff from the car onto roller cart and take elevator up. Use ramp to elevator if you are disabled. Discount card included for nearby Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Nice clean pool. Picnic table and charcol grill out on back lawn. Everything well maintained and nice people. Great value. Not huge but I didn't want huge. Big and comfortable enough. No disappointment. A little tricky finding the rental office. When you pull into the strip mall, go to the multi-story building to the left of the strip mall. It's on the back side. Nioe building. Nice office. Nothing sleezy about this operation. Bottom line: This is an efficiency condo for people that want "nice" and a great location and beach view, but can't afford a big luxury place. However, this is not a hillbilly hangout. It has class. This was our first trip to Hilton Head. I'm ready to go back! When I do, I want this same place to stay.
