Our charming NO SMOKING Villa has been completely refurbished with new luxurious furnishings, appliances, flat screen TVs, paint, hardwood floors and carpet.
This spacious unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with new King Size bed and elegant private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 brand new twin beds also with a remodeled bath.
Linens are provided plus a starter package of paper goods and soaps as well as beach chairs, umbrella , beach toys, cooler & a beach cart for your use.

We are within easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the famous Tiki Bar. We are located within two blocks of bicycle rental shops(Billy’s Bikes and Pedals Bikes). It is highly recommended that you arrange for your bicycles prior to arrival in the summer months.They provide weekly drop off and pickup service for your convenience. World class golf is available close by in Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes .
Located only a few blocks south is the South Forest Beach entrance to Sea Pines Plantation where the Heritage Golf Classic is held each April, as well as several professional tennis tournaments throughout the year. The Salty Dog Cafe/store and Harbor Town are also within 5 minutes of driving.

This is a highly-recommended gem of a place to stay! Clean, comfortable, attractive and updated, it's obvious that the owners have traveled frequently and thought of everything their guests might need. From a well-equipped kitchen to beach carts and toys, guests should anything they want or need.
The owners made the process of reserving the property easy, and made themselves available by phone for anything we needed. But we didn't need anything. Once we arrived, all we had to do was enjoy!
The owners' description of the property is accurate. If anything, the photos don't quite do it justice. We were confident the place would be nice, based on the owners' description and photos, but this condo exceeded our expectations! -

Immediately felt at home. The villa was exactly as described - spotless, comfortable, fully furnished, and within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza with all its restaurants, shops, a coffee house and grocery store. We appreciated the helpful binder the Callahans put together that offered restaurant suggestions, maps, tips, and things to do. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for a week at the end of July 2012. The unit was spotless and recently upgraded with modern appliances and real-house decor (not the tile-floor, glass/metal-dining-set beachy decor you normally get). The screened-in porch with ceiling fan was a bonus--perfect for outdoor dining and board games. Other things we enjoyed: TVs in bedrooms; multiple not-too-large swimming pools in the complex; good tennis court; beach cart with four chairs, cooler, umbrella, and games; Wifi; within easy walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza; plus it was very quiet! This is definitely the best place we've stayed in at HH.

This Villa was absolutely spotless. It is a beautiful villa that has all the amenities of home. Very considerate owners, had toys, videos, books and movies for our use as well as beach cart with everything packed for the beach ready to go.
Owners were a dream to deal with, who provided a wonderful welcome packet with insider information on Hilton Head, along with coupons and dining suggestions including best times to go to avoid wait time.
Villa is conveniently located to Coligny, easy walk even my 3 year old was able to do. Also literally 20 steps to one of the pools in the complex and an easy walk r ride to the beach.
Hilton Head is great for families and the villa is a perfect place to stay.
Will definitely be back. -

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for our family. We had 2 adults and one 2 year old child. It was about a 5-10 walk to the beach. This wasn't bad, but keep in mind you will have to walk, or ride a bike. We also enjoyed the convenience of the pools in the community. The condo was very clean and in perfect shape. Nice flat screen Hdtv and comfortable furniture throughout.

We had a great time and we enjoyed the beautiful villa we stayed in. It's new, decorated beautifully, and it's so clean. The owner's have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. It's close to the beach and I can't wait to go back there next year and again and again. This is definitely a 5 Star vacation home.
