Decorator furnished. New Italian tile on the main level. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath along with a half bath on the main level. The living room has a beautiful queen sized pullout bed so this villa will comfortably accommodate 3 families! Sleeps 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 SS. TV's in each bedroom and huge HDTV in the living room..., along with DVD's on each level. Enjoy preparing meals & cocktails in the huge, eat in kitchen with lovely views from picture windows of the golf course out the front and the lagoon out the back. The laundry room/pantry have handy shelving and a full size washer and dryer. Video library, books, games & swim/beach toys. Local grocery stores will have groceries delivered to your door. -Home to 12 miles of the widest, most incredible beach you will ever see. Walk, jog, bike (yes, you can bike almost the entire island on the beach) play in the warm tide pools, fish, surf, fly a kite, play volleyball, kayak, wind sail, or just sit back and relax! You can take the trolly over, bike, walk or drive to the beach. It's only a few minutes from the villa!

-Known for the best biking in the South, Hilton Head is home to 108 miles of paved shared use paths. Get up close & personal with wild life! Bikes can be delivered right to your door. Once inside the Sea Pines gates, you won't need to see your car again until you leave.

-How about hopping aboard the Sea Pines Red Trolley. This is included in your stay and it picks you up right outside of our villa and takes you to our private Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach (home of the world famous Salty Dog) and Harbour Town. The trolley runs April - Labor Day. Schedule varies. Pick up and drop off right outside your door!

-Enjoy FREE tennis on our 4 clay tennis courts! There is a sign up sheet by the entrance & the code to open the combination lock is located in the villa. We are also located across from the Stan Smith Tennis Center where you can enjoy complementary court time, daily drills and kids programs.

-Situated on Pete Dye's beautiful Heron Point Golf Course. We are across the street from the Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the Heritage PGA Golf Tour each April. In 2012 it was named #2 after Augusta National by the PGA Tour Players in Golf Word Magazine! Hilton Head is rated #10 in the world by Golf Digest Magazine. Over 25 courses to choose from!

-If swimming and lounging by the pool are on your agenda we have a beautiful pool surrounded by a lagoon and live oaks just steps away, complete with restroom facilities. Don't worry about bringing pool toys because we already have them for you to enjoy.

Sea Pines Plantation is an upscale, private community of people who love to get away from it all and enjoy all life has to offer on an island! The setting is lovely, peaceful, and packed with all kinds of opportunities to see various kinds of wildlife and marine life at a moments notice. People love to park their cars and feel like they never have to get back in them until it's time to drive back home. They bike, roller blade, walk, jog, and ride the free Sea Pines Red Trolley that goes all over Sea Pines taking people to the private Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach, the world famous Harbour Town and it stops right outside of our villa door! Parking is right in front of our villa.
