The location is perfect. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, where you can ride your beach cruiser (weekly rental for 25 bucks!) or go for a long run. The condo was amazingly comfortable that we truly felt like we were at home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. The openness of the entire condo created a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were no bug issues and everything was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the condo so much that we stayed in a few nights to have dinner and watch TV. We plan on staying here again!

This house is great. Its a attached townhome, with two bedrooms and a loft with two more beds. The development "Palmetto Dunes" is really great. The unit came with 2 hrs/day of tennis and some other discounts. The pool and beach are very convenient. The bike rental place delivered the bikes to us, including some with training wheels. We had 4 adults (grandparents and parents) and 3 kids (8,5,toddler). The 8-yr old had 4 fantastic golf lessons. The weather was very hot and humid with rain every day, sometimes ruining our plans. And lots of mosquitos despite ridiculous amounts of bug spray. So not the right time of year for a visit.
Only issue was phone and internet not working. Management company did not get it fixed.Response from Frank and Dennis Morris - 09/11/2012

Stayed in this excellently renovated villa first week in april.Quite spacious with good sized kitchen with all the amenities. Large eating area if you wish to eat in or walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafes.One minute to pool or beach, and canal in back with lots of shade to enjoy a book. Three championship golf courses on the plantation for the golfers or tennis courts and bike rentals within walking distance.Newly renovated bathrooms and hardwood flooring add to the appeal of this villa. Already booked back in for next spring.

For one "too short" week my sisters and I enjoyed Hilton Head with our mother. The location of the villa offered something for everyone. The four of us enjoyed golfing, cycling, walking, theatre and fine dining. The free shuttle, with very friendly, helpful drivers took us to wherever we needed to go including to get our groceries. Everyday we made the two minute walk to the pool and ocean and then came back to enjoy a late lunch and drinks in the screened back porch. The general store, another two minute walk offers everything you could possibly need including full breakfasts and lunches. Situated on a quiet street, the villa was clean, bright and spacious affording everyone their privacy. Lots of amenities including a great eat in, well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities and a TV in every bedroom. Truly all the comforts of home! The only complaint was we didn't stay long enough !

Stayed at this Palmetto Dunes condo in May 2012.
Directly across the street from pool and beach, very close to shopping, restaurants, golf, etc. Hop on a bike and explore the area - there's so much to do and see.
The condo itself was fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. While there are countless excellent restaurants in the area, we loved having a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen for meals.
Bathrooms were spotless and appear to have been recently renovated.
Highly recommended for your next Hilton Head adventure!!
