Completely remodeled, this privately owned 3/bed 2 1/2 bath villa is located on the Ocean Golf Course. A short 5 minute walk to the beach. The first floor begins with aztec clay tile and beautiful accent rugs. The master bedroom features a king bed and private attatched bath with dressing table. There are hard wood floors in the upstairs bedrooms which have a second king bed and two twins. This villa has all the space and amenities to maximize your vacation enjoyment.

We had a fabulous stay at Lighthouse #10 last fall and look forward to our return visit this fall. It felt like home away from home! All the amenities you could want were readily available. The location is fabulous for easy access to all the "hot spots" in Sea Pines. Any questions I had prior to our visit were promptly answered. We were made to feel very welcome. Thanks for everything!

I stayed the first week of June 2012 with my wife and 4 kids. The condo was comfortable and close to the beach. We had a problem with one of the bikes that was taken care of within 12 hours - the property manager is easy to work with. The parking lot was clean and had very little traffic. The pool was shared by multiple properties, however we spent most of the time at the beach. The equestrian center is very close and our daughters enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen was nice for preparing meals, although the dishwasher did not work during our entire stay. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Hilton head

The photos paint a really good picture of what to expect here - a cozy little beach townhouse. It was pretty well cleaned and stocked with the necessities. We had a great time and liked the location being equal distance to the little towns in Sea Pines, and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head seapines.#10 villa was much more than we expected.We loved it.Large rooms.Looks like new. Beautiful back yard.Wonderful owners to deal with!!!The most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen.Everything you need is there!The only downside is we had to drive to the beach.But,there were bikes there to ride,Or short walk.I just wasn't able to do those.But for the price,It was worth it. Will come again!!!

This villa truly has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. It is spacious and comfortable and they have thought of every comfort. Adequate seating for eating and relaxing which was important to us. I especially like not having to get in the car to get to the ocean...it is a short scenic walk that we did many times a day! We will enjoy another holiday here and all are anxious to return.

10 Lighthouse is as advertised. It is a lovely 5-7 minute walk to the beach club which can be driven to in about a minute or two. It is convenient to some nice dining, golf, shopping, and bicycling around Sea Pines.
We had 3 couples there for about a week and it was a very relaxing experience. The unit is clean, roomy and cozy at the same time. Part of it's charm is the view out the back of one of the dozens of golf courses on the island.
We booked it again for 2012.

Great light & space in this Lighthouse Road villa. Very comfortable for my family of 5 plus my Mom. Walk to pool. Can walk to beach or catch shuttle. Nice to have 3 adult bikes - saved on renting. Great to have beach towels there & not have to bring from home. Washer & dryer off kitchen very convenient. Bbq grill on patio also good to have. Really enjoyed our stay & the price was right!

We were there for the last two winters (we were escaping snow & ice) and loved this condo! It was in the perfect location: on the Ocean Course, across the road from all the amenities of the Plantation Club with restaurant, pool, and fitness center and only a short walk to the Beach Club and the atlantic. We enjoyed complementary tennis and loved using the bikes on the bike paths. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. Scott and Deb were able to quickly respond to anything we needed.
