A uniquely landscaped, quiet, secluded and natural atmosphere only minutes from beaches, top restaurants, shopping and activities. As the crow flies, our villa is about 1500 feet from beach, but a little further following shady, paved path to close to two areas for public beach access. One beside the Marriott's Grande Ocean Resort and the other at Coligny Plaza (approximately 1 mile), both walking distance, outdoor shower and parking.

Treetops Villas has 3 pools and 1 tennis court, beautiful natural landscaping and a lagoon. It is a very uniquely designed community, nestled in a forest environment with elevated walk-ways and elevators. The community is home to many types of wildlife and also loaded with amenities.
The villa is about a 10 walk to the beach and 1/2 mile to Coligny Plaza. Drive or bike minutes to TONS of wonderful dining, 3 shopping centers, Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Player's Club Fitness Center and many areas for public BEACH access! Many bike paths are within minutes from our villa and one of the three pools is directly in front of the villa.
The ocean is a 10 minute walk down a paved and mostly shaded path to public access beside Marriott which has restrooms, drinking fountain, outdoor showers, soda machines.
Coligny Plaza/beach access is a 20 minute walk and is much busier but adjacent to many, many amenities.
Treetops is also only 15 minutes away from Blufton (via Cross Island Parkway) which has a wide variety of Outlet Malls and many, many more wonderful restaurants.

Security deposit will be sent immediately upon time of inspection approval, after your departure. We will contact you if there are any issues regarding deposit/damages etc. or don't hesitate to call us with any questions, complaints or to report damage.
Check or money order/cashier check, 50% due at time of reservation/lease signing and remainder (including $250 security deposit, fees and taxes) two weeks prior to check-in date.
Please call about nightly rates or stays of less than 7 nights, these are not always available. Monthly specially not in the summer.
