My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the past four years. We have stayed at 4303 Windsor for the past two. We love it! It's the perfect place for us and our new addition! Beautifully decorated with beautiful views! We will be back in august 2012!

Loved the villa.. We have visited HHI for many years and in all the years have never stayed in a villa that from the minute you walk in, you feel the love that the owner has for this villa. Exceptionally clean, great style, supper comfortable. Loved all the modern kitchen appliances and the comfort of the villa. The decor is exceptional.

The problem started in the first hour. We checked in with the management group and they gave us 2 keys. We moved all of our stuff in the unit, grab a key and walked to the beach. We came back 15 minutes later to a key that did not work. After a 2 hour wait, 4 calls to the emergency line and finally a call to the police, the rental group finally showed up with a key. We waited outside in 95 degree heat, we had nothing...keys, cell phone, everything was in the unit. It ruined our whole night. We got a call from Island getaways apologizing. We emailed the owner also. we were told Island getaways would call us back...of course we never heard back from them. Unprofessional and disappointing...don't waste your money!

Unit is ocean view but obstructed in that it is in the center location of an X shaped building, blocked by sides. Not the most desirable location. Air conditioning is marginal,Ammenities, such as extra blankets, hair dryer, shampoo, were not in unit.Unit was clean and nicely furnished.

What a nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed staying in Palmetto Dunes and waking up to the ocean view each morning. We visited Hilton Head for the Golf Tournament and had a wonderful stay and perfect weather. It was a safe area and we felt very comfortable in our condo. Thanks for the friendly service and helpful website. We plan on returning in the summer!

This was a very easy rental for my nine year old daughter and myself. The views from the condo were lovely and the condo was very clean and well appointed. I heartily appreciated the large luggage racks as we were not traveling with my husband and I was concerned about getting luggage up and out alone, but the elevators and racks made it a snap. I was impressed with the amount of staff on duty, the staffers were up bright and early doing the pool and grounds...I think the elevator floor was cleaned several times a day and the staff was very friendly. The pool was heated and that made a difference due to the cool snap last week. I would definitely recommend this for a couple or family and child. It was peaceful and quiet and is located on one of my favorite parts of Palmetto Dunes. If I could suggest anything...I wished for a blowdryer and an outdoor eating table, as the view from the balcony would be a dinner highlight. Other than that, this is really a very livable and pretty condo. I will probably rent it again, and I don't usually do that.

A very pleasant, clean and quiet unit with a good outlook. This is the sixth unit we have rented in Palmetto Dunes and rate it among the best.

I thought the experience was not going to be good when we had a late arrival and our keys were not in the late box. After calling on the phone provided by Island Getaway, they promptly sent someone to meet us at the unit. I found the unit to be very comfortable. All was clean with the exception of the bedspread which was actually black on the side with soil. I hope that will be corrected. I would stay with Island Getaway again. The views are breath-taking!

The villa was well equipped, I felt relaxed and comfortable...there was
plenty to do, the beach, cycling, well stocked store and not too far
from several Mall. The surrounding gardens and trees were well
groomed and the only negatives were the pool area and elevator. The
pool was littered with leaves and the toilets were occasionally locked
and inaccessible. The elevator was in a constant state of renovation
and quite dusty. -

Wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel in a truly idyllic setting. Beautifully appointed beach condo with many of the comforts of home set on impeccable grounds. Stunning beach- ideal for playing soccer with the kids! A wonderful experience and a strategic location close to cultural gems like Beaufort, SC and Savannah, GA!!!

Nice location right on the water in Palmetto Dunes. Easy access inside the plantation. Does not include any access to golf or tennis though.
