Overall the vacation was great, this is our second time using Island Getaway, our third time renting on Hilton Head. #5105 was a very nice condo, the view was great, and the stairs conveniently close. My husband loved the desk in the living room to use his laptop. Great kitchen. My only complaint is regarding the shower heads. Perhaps they could replace them all. Very unpleasant to shower, especially the guest bath. That being said, I would definitely rent the unit again.

We loved our stay at 5105 Hampton Place. The villa was clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and family friendly. We were delighted to discover a well-stocked kitchen, games and novels tucked into cabinets, and beach gear in the broom closet! We highly recommend this villa to anyone - but especially those with small children.

Very nice condo. Plenty of space, well furnished, nice view of the pool and partial view of the ocean.
We loved sitting on our balcony in the evening, sipping drinks and taking it all in.
Kitchen was nicely sized and the dining area was plenty big enough for our family of 5.
Nice big TV in the family area, tvs in the bedrooms were smaller but more than adequate.
Definitely recommend this condo -

Great condo. Handy first floor location so no elevator waiting. Corner unit with windows on two sides and wrap around balcony. Great furnishings and TV. Carpet a bit stained.

of the ocean from a lower floor. This place is conveniently located on what I think is the best stretch of beach in HHI.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and loved the upgrades that have been added since our first stay.
We have enjoyed all the amenities, great beach access and pools that Hampton has to offer. They maintain the grounds well and there is plenty of parking.
We much prefer staying her to any hotel because it has all the conveniences of home and has that resort quality.
We will plan to stay again as Hilton Head is one of our favorite places to visit. -

5105 Hampton is our favorite place to stay.
We stayed there back in 2006 and I believe the prior year as well when our family joined
us for vacation. It has the best balcony and view of pool and water. The decorations are wonderful and the fact there are really two masters makes it a wonderful place to go with another couple. Unfortunately the past
two years we have gone down to HHI by ourselves and didn't need a two bedroom. I hope to be able to rent this place again in the coming years. We highly recommend it.
