Being a very frequent renter from Island Getaway and staying at Hampton Place everytime we visit...this property was not worth the money. The overall cleanliess was poor...we called maintinenece for multiple reasons..1st the toilet was broke,,the kitchen disposal was clogged, which lead to all the dishes in the drawers and cabnits dirty...Gross!! the utenciles were old and the shower heads and faucets need to be replaced...the carpet was also very dirty..i found old candy wrappers under the sofa..(not from us)..so our overall experience with this property was not what we have experienced in the past..chances are we will not recommend or stay here again..very dissapointed for the cost...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Condominium. There was
nothing wrong with the residence itself, BUT your Management
should make efforts to ensure that the basics of Peace & Quiet are
maintained!
Why is it necessary to use petroleum gas driven blowers to clear
leaves and pine needles at 8 o'clock every morning. Surely they can
wait until after 9 at least? The noise from the rubbish bins being
moved in the basement, again at an early hour, is unacceptable.
The noise echoes through the whole building.
Why do you post a list of more than twenty "Don't dos" in the
swimming pool if no-one is there to police it? The notice is
completely ignored in just about every detail! Also why heat the
big pool and not the small adult pool?
Other than the above, no problems, but if you want people to come
back please fix these things.

This property had a great location as we are a family of four, we could communicate easily at pool area with one another.
Property was clean and updated. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils. All appliances worked well. Great view.
We come every year so far, our favorite condo. -

This Condo is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. There is a separate bedroom and bath, complete with a locked entrance, perfect for an additional couple or 20 year old son! The pool and beach are a few short steps away, viewed easily from the living room, bedrooms and balcony. The Condo is located in the middle of all main attractions, i.e. great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay there our next time in Hilton Head!

We have stayed at this resort many times in the past and have found it be a great location. The properties are generally well maintained, although some could use updating. This unit was well suited to our needs. It is spacious and offers all the amenities of home.One of the two pools was out of service for some of out visit which led to crowding in the adult pool. But this was the first time we had that experience.
We love visiting this location and will do so again...
