Our stay was from 24 to 28 april. The property itself was fine. But on Monday the 25th work on the roof began and continued daily from 8am to 6pm throughout our stay. This was very noisy and intrusive and even dangerous with shingles being thrown down from the roof. It prevented proper use of the property during the day. We brought this to the attention of a representative of Goode Rentals who visited the property on 25 april.

Manager
The Regime Manager (Property Owners Association rep) is responsible for scheduling repairs and replacements on the exterior. Unfortunately, the roof was replaced during this guest's stay and no one was advised in advance. However it only took one day for the roof on this particular building to be replaced.

This was a pleasant place and the free internet and long distance really helped me stay in touch with my business. For the price we paid I thought the villa was very dated looking and dark. The few lamps they had in the living area had burned out bulbs. The courtyard screen doors were in very bad working condition and the out door furniture was not clean and ready for our use.
