Wonderful stay! The condo was warm and inviting. It is close to the tennis courts and the ocean. I will certainly be back. Lovely!

Clean and beautifully decorated...perfect for a family with children or 2 couples. Public beach is just a short walk. Easily accessible to the main road that runs the length of the island. Goode Rental staff were very helpful - got us in to the unit earlier in the day. We would stay again!

4th year we stayed at 109, and find it acceptable. We wish the furniture was more supportive (its really broken down) and wish the dish washer was replaced (Its much to noisy). Outside of this we have scheduled another 6 week stay in 2014

We had a wonderful week at Devonshire 109. We loved being close to the beach, having the pool right there and how quiet it was in the area. The unit was so nice we preferred to bring food home and eat dinner there than at the restaurants - except when we ate on the water. We went on numerous scenic bike rides right from the unit since the bike path system is great from there. We hope to return again in the next couple years and will stay at PRV again! The service was excellent too!

Overall it is a decent unit. One note - the master bathroom is not ensuite - you must cross the hallway to get to it. The second bedroom is a "lock-off". The appliances could stand to be updated. It doesn't appear that they were replaced when the counters and floors were replaced. The blender did not work (motor works but the blades don't spin). This is our 2nd time renting through Goode Vacation Rentals. We preferred the Devonshire 207 unit we had last year, however that wasn't available this year. The people at Goode Vacation Rentals are wonderful to work with.

We have been staying in this location for many years. The villa has been recently updated - very good.
The only negative is having to drive to the office for the key. My wife says you need a broom.

Easy booking. Good location as anticipated---remember I have stayed at Port Royal Village many times. New laminate floor is a disaster!---noisy squeaks all areas.

We agree! The floor manufacturer has agreed to replace the floor, which will occur not later than March 1, 2010.

Canal Winchester, OhioYear #5 in Hilton Head

This was our fifth year staying in Port Royal Village. Our first two were spent at the villas by the Westin, and the last three were in Devonshire. 109 was overall nice, with all the amenities one needs. It also has flat screen television and internet access. The only issue we had was that the dishwasher was not securely fastened, and we had to fix the upper rack, since it was displaced. If you like to cook, my suggestion is to bring your own sharp knives and all your own spices, as there is not even salt/pepper in the villa. Very close to the beach and pool, a nice villa.

Guests should be aware that our state laws do not allow us to leave food stuffs, including spices , in our villas and homes.

This is the 19th year we have stayed at the either in Devonshire or Beckingham. We really like this villa because it has a good view of the golf course and is an end unit for more privacy and is closest of these units to the tennis courts but still well within walking distance of the beach. We also like the way they have redone the floors with the hard wood look instead of the carpet. The layouts great with plenty of space both in the kitchen an living room area. The one thing we hope the owners will do is replace the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom. The mattress seem mushy and worn, also the shades and the screen doors sometimes need repair. The one thing doesn't need repair is the service provided by Goode Vacation Rentals that sent repairmen immediately when we needed anything. Nellie was particularly helpful regarding everything. We loved our stay and plan to continue to come to these villas for another 19 years if we can.

We are so delighted that the Lamkins think so highly of both our properties and our rental management services. It should be noted that the mattresses at 109 Devonshire are all new.
