Great location with easy access to the beach and other Palmetto Dunes amenities. The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

We have stayed at BV 2 four or five times over the past several years. The convienience of location is perfect if you are traveling with children.
Our only complaint this year is that the unit is becoming very tired and needs some attention. Many of the canned lights were out, the livingroom furniture was dirty,(brushed suede is really not a good choice for a beach rental).The shower nozzle came off in the master bath, Fortunately we were able to re-attach it ourselves.
Our biggest complaint, and has been for years, is that the trash is never picked up until the Thursday of our stay, therefore, we are left to deal with the prior guests trash with no place to put ours.
Regardless of these negative comments we will stay here again. -

Loved being right on the water, and in Palmetto Dunes. The condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable..we really enjoyed the rooftop patio, as well. Our only complaint is that Beach Villas had no pool available. Every other complex we have stayed in has had the pool open well into November. Renters should also be aware that there is no direct beach access from the Villa, although all the residents were stepping over the retaining wall and walking on a path through the Dunes, which we did as well. Otherwise, one must walk all the way through the parking lot and enter the beach through the beach house access--not convenient from the lower numbered units!

Fantastic location. Ideal for long days on beach, then back to the house for a beer and an ice cream sandwich. Outdoor space great, including awesome private roofdeck overlooking entire beach. Nice pool across the parking lot. Never had a better location in HH. Also steps to Dunes House bar & restaurant, and Marriott resort next door.
Some updates could be made to the condo interior. The beds are terrible. Old, too soft, no support. The decor is okay. Linens, pilows, and towels are terrible. Bring your own. Tv is ancient. While I usually like a charcoal grill, would prefer a gas grill at beach condo for quick on/off. Bathrooms good. Kitchen good.
If you're an at&T; phone user, you'll get zero service inside the condo. Verizon works fine. Condo wifi is very good.
We'll stay here again for the location alone. -

Great amenities, all the comforts of home. Loves the steam shower and jacuzzi tub. The upper deck was a great feature as well.

My family has vacationed on Hilton Head Island for the last 5 years. We prefer beach front, along with the comfort of a nicely maintained home. We found both in this property.
It is a beautiful home - well maintaned and with a recently upgraded kitchen. You never hear your neighbors, so it feels like a single family home. The the proximity to the beach is the best. We have stayed at other Beach Villa homes, but none were as nice inside along with the proximity. The steamroom/shower was a huge hit with our teenage boys and the space was wonderful for all of us.
Great for a family of teenagers like us (3 teenage boys and we loved it) -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Villas and the location and standard of the property were first class. A pity the weather was so miserable!
