This rental was lovely. It is located back off the beaten path along a gold course. It is quiet and peaceful. The home had everything that you could need and it was clean and well-furnished. The beach is a moderate walk but I rented a bike and rode on the bike paths as well.

Six girlfriends who all graduated from the same high school in the 60's came together from 4 states for a mini reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3BR, 3BA townhouse which was very well equipped with the necessities and games, videos, books. etc. We loved taking a lawn chair out and sitting by the lagoon to view our daily friends of alligators, turtles, birds in the trees and golfers. When one of the gals couldn't tolerate her bunkmates snoring, the living room pull our sofa was used. We took side trips to Savannah and Beauford during our week's stay. We rented bikes, went to the nearby pool and beach. Plenty to do all together or in smaller groups. We had a great reaquantaintence with each other. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when the cable went out one evening. We will be back one day. Evian was very conveniently located near the beach.

Spacious & comfortable.
Everything we needed for a enjoyable week.
Nice location. Beautiful 10 min walk to beach along nice path. Plenty of restaurants & groceries near by.

Our stay at this townhouse was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and were very welcoming. The only that we noticed were dog hairs throughout the beds so I don't think that all the sheets were washed from the last occupants. Everything else was well kept and very nice. I would stay there again.
