The condo was very clean and the grounds were well-kept. I especially enjoyed the fact that beach towels were included...wish I had known in advance..could have saved the space in the car!! We have not used your rental agency before but have been coming to HHI for at least 15 years. There were a couple of minor inconveniences that could easily be remedied. I don't know if it is the condo owner or the rental agency that is responsible for these items:
We were disappointed at the "motel size" soap in the bathrooms...OK for one night but not large
enough for a week. Also, no hand dishwashing soap was included. I had to ask a cleaning person for some extra bags for kitchen trash as there was only one when we came and the trash container in the hall requested that all trash be put in plastic bags...we generated more trash in one week than one kitchen bag could hold!!
We had not stayed in Paletto Dunes before and did enjoy the location. We usually stay in the Forest Beach area...Sea Crest or Shorewood mostly. One item I always bring...and not sure why it is not included with the supplies...is a pan scrubbing sponge! If the owners would like to see their pans left in good condition, one would think that a pan scrubber would be included in the dishwashing supplies. Just my thoughts...now that I have grumbled out loud...maybe some of my ideas might be useful in the future. Thanks for asking for my imput.

I would stay here again. Very nice, great view and easy walk to beach or pool.
Washer needs replaced/fixed as it is very loud, but it is great having the convenience of being able to do laundry.
I would watch those Seaturtle towels. I didn't count them upon arrival and only had 5 in the end instead of 6. Cost us a whopping $30 bucks for one towel. Would have been extra special to have gotten those towels as a thank you for staying there.

Our family absolutely loves this property. Great access to pool and beach yet secluded and extremely private. Corner unit so there is no one on one side of you. Rent this unit because we have a toddler grandchild and it has something to offer for everyone in the family. Would definitely rent again.
