This lovely, quality log cabin is located on a working livestock farm in the village of Hinderwell. Just seven miles north of Whitby, the property has been stylishly furnished and decorated to a very high standard. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The lodge was very nice, clean and a very good size. We had a fab holiday with our family. The local pub food was good. The owner was very helpful. Our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed visiting the animals and collecting eggs and didn't want to go home. The area is fabulous to see especially Runswick Bay. The cliff top walks were very scenic. The shopping in Whitby is excellent. We would love to live here.

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed - Amazing. Would recommend anyone staying here! -

Visited St Hilda's this weekend, only got back today in fact. Had a fantastic weekend, the owners are excellent. We arrived back on Saturday evening after a great day out, to find they had pushed £10 worth of electricity tokens through the door, I'm not saying this will happen all the time, but as its winter, the heating needs to be on constantly. The kids loved collecting eggs from the chickens and feeding the farm animals. Will deffo visit again! If the owners read this, then we forgot to write in the visitors book! Just want to say had a fab time, fab lodge, but could use a sweeper/hoover in the property :)

The lodge was top class accomadation in the Grounds of a working farm.The owner and his family were extremely helpfaul and the little touches like free freshly laid eggs every morning just added to the experience. would absolutely recomend this property to friens , family and strangers alike.

We had a lovely week at St Hildas Lodge which is on a small quiet site of static caravans. The owners are very friendly & were keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. To collect eggs for breakfast was an added bonus. The cabin is very modern & home from home, though a wardrobe in the twin bedroom would help as anyone in there has to share wardrobe space in the master bedroom. Large shower in en suite & plenty of hot water. Central for touring area. Thanks to Dave, Linda & Terry for a wonderful week & hope to be back soon.

Easy on-line booking service. the property itself was beautiful. all mod cons and furnished to an extremely high standard.on a working farm, which wasn't noisy and all the eggs we could eat. a great base for exploring Yorkshire with a couple of pubs and a bistro within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone and the only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. will definitely be booking again!!
