Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that St Hilda's Cottage didn't live up to your expectations. Unfortunately as we were unable to get in touch with the property owner during your stay we weren't able to rectify the problems you reported. However, I note that when you discussed your complaint with my colleague you advised that you were happy to stay in the cottage for the rest of your holiday.
