About the Apartment

This independent studio apartment was designed with your comfort in mind and is safe, clean and well-appointed with custom built furniture. Once inside you'll find a high quality queen size bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV w...ith international cable channels and a DVD player with both recent and classic films in the grand room.

High speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.

Though it's naturally very cool, the apartment has a brand new air conditioning unit for your comfort.

The plantation shutter doors open to a plant covered balcony which overlooks glamorous and dynamic Le Loi Boulevard, smack in the center of stylish Saigon.

A new water heater and pump were installed in the shower, and fresh bed linens and sumptuous towels will greet you upon arrival.

A refrigerator, bottled water and water kettle are provided. No cooking facilities available but dishes, glasses and utensils all supplied for the ubiquitous and impressive food options just outside the door. A microwave oven is available for rentals of one month or longer.

A cleaning fee of $10 will be included in the rental charge. For guests staying with us for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning services will be provided as requested

The manager of the property will meet you when you arrive to answer any questions you have, show you the apartment and hand over keys. He will also be available during the duration of your stay to look after any enquiries you may have during your stay, and then meet again when you depart.

No deposit is required to rent this apartment for periods shorter than one month. All utilities are included in the price of the rental. No taxes, hidden surcharges or fees.

There's no need to look for a room ten or fifteen minutes away from where you really want to be in Saigon only to get lost, sit in traffic or argue with a cab driver over the fare of your "city tour".   We stayed at Chris's apartment for a week in November 2012 and recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant and affordable place to explore Ho Chi Minh City. The location is amazing and central to everywhere in district 1. The inside of the apartment was tastefully decorated and everything we wanted was provided from huge towels to high thread count bed linens, a/c, flatscreen tv, dvd, microwave and lots more. We're going back to Ho Chi Minh City next year and are planning on staying here again.
