Our quiet and clean studio apartment is situated in a fantastically central location in Saigon's District 1. Stay three floors above the dirty, chaotic streets in a charming vintage building and enjoy everything this freshly renovated city studio has to offer.

About the Apartment

This independent studio apartment was designed with your comfort in mind and is safe, clean, quiet and furnished with new and high quality furniture. Once inside you'll find a very comfortable queen size bed, clothing rack, a dining table and four chairs, a TV in the main room next to a kitchen which is cook friendly - with a gas cooker, and microwave/gri...ll combo.

High speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.

Though it's naturally very cool due to its exposure and large window, the apartment has an air conditioning unit for your comfort.

A refrigerator, bottled water and water kettle are provided in addition to pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils

We supply the following for your stay:

The Fine Print

The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 2 people

Complimentary bottled water, unlimited coffee and tea provided

A cleaning fee of $10 will be included in the rental charge. For guests staying with us for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning services will be provided as requested

The manager of the property will meet you when you arrive to answer any questions you have, show you the apartment and hand over keys. He will also be available during the duration of your stay to look after any enquiries you may have during your stay, and then meet again when you depart.

No deposit is required to rent this apartment for periods shorter than one month. All utilities are included in the price of the rental. No taxes, hidden surcharges or fees.

50% of the booking total is due and payable when your reservation is accepted with the balance paid one week prior to arrival. Payment is done either by wire transfer through any bank, by Paypal or the payment options offered on this website.Read more

There's no need to look for a room ten or fifteen minutes away from where you really want to be in Saigon only to get lost, sit in traffic or argue with a cab driver over the fare of your "city tour". Book with us, check in, drop your bags and walk the entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.
