4 Star contemporary accomodation-

Each Townhouse is of spaci...ous proportions and can accommodate up to six people . The units are fully self contained and serviced with 2 full sized bedrooms, a complete bathroom with separate shower and bath, (some with spa baths), a fully equipped modern kitchen with private laundry facilities, free internet broadband, home office area, heating and air conditioning, a private garden courtyard and an allocated parking bay.

Convenient & well apointed Location:

We are located in a quiet cul de sac off Davey Street, in the inner city suburb of South Hobart. The activity of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and the Wharf area are within walking distance, and the South Hobart Village along Macquarie Street, is only a few hundred metres away. Public transport is available 20m from our doorstep.

  The location was a little out of the way and you need a car to get around but there was a large supermarket and cafes nearby. The rooms were comfortable although having only one bathroom was inconvenient. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything necessary to cook a meal. The washing machine and dryer were a great help. Check-in was a slight hassle as the owner does not live on site and takes a while to get there so call ahead from the airport before heading out to the apt.

  Lovely, spacious, quiet, clean accommodation close to Hobart. Public bus service a bit limited, so a car is fairly necessary. Owner most helpful, nothing too much trouble. A delightful place to stay.

  Great place to stay

  Great place to stay. My husband and two children (11 & 1) recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation. The appartments was very clean, large and situated in a quiet location. There was plenty of room to move and ample storage for cloths and suitcases. The main bedroom was huge with a built-in robe, T.V & a view. The second bedroom was also a good size. We were surprised to receive commentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk & biscuits. There was even washing powder that we put to good use. It was in a great location close to the city, shops & off all main roads. We required a porter cot & high chair which were quite new (cot still had tags on it) & very clean. If I had to say anything negative it would have to be the couches were uncomfortable as they could fold out into beds if needed. over all I would highly recommend a stay at Davey Place.
