Chadbourne Farm is a lodge. Each bedroom is rented out individually.beginning at a price of $85 per night. For persons traveling through the area for a night or visiting family or friends for multiple nights. Many people come with their horses to ride our wonderful trails. The lodge is a large farm house with 2 living rooms and fireplaces. A fully equipped kitchen for guest use, an eat in kitchen and a dinning room. We have special rates for families and groups renting the entire home. A two night limit is required. We are located 12 miles south of Southern Pines and 15 miles north of Rockingham, just off Rt. 1. 3rd place on left. Chadbourne Farm and Lodge Sign Country setting. Many acres. Lots of parking space and room for trailers to turn around. Front and back entrance. Dog kennel for pets.
