Myself, husband and son stayed at this villa. The host was very welcoming and friendly and ensured transport from the airport to the villa well organised both arriving and departing. The villa is in a lovely location in Holetown, very clean and tidy, the bedrooms are of a good size with lovely en suite bathrooms. Air conditioning and fans available in all the rooms. Access to to WiFi/internet great. There was a separate utility room for any washing/ironing. All the amenities required for cooking were available. The swimming pool is of a nice size and great for a swim or cooling off. Location was perfect as we were close to shops whether it was for designer cloths, supermarket shopping or eating out - there was plenty to do. The beach is about 5 minutes walk and bus and taxi services also close by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice quiet peaceful holiday. We will certainly be visiting again.

This was the first time we have booked a private villa and were a little nervous as to what to expect - our concern was unfounded, the villa "did exactly as it said on the tin"! Carlton was excellent and nothing too muc trouble. The location is perfect, near to all restaurants and bars, beach etc. We really didn't want to leave and are looking forward to returning.

We planned our family reunion (4 couples and a 3 year old) for 2 weeks in villas 3 and 4 and had the best time ever. Lots of space and very private. Peggy kept the place neat and clean and Terry made sure the pool was clear and fresh every day. Carlton made sure everything was just right and the security he has installed is the absolute best. The people in Barbados are the friendliest, nicest people we have met throughout the Caribbean. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance - be prepared to spend the usual island premium for imported food. We rented an 8 seater van from DriveMatic - they delivered and picked up as promised and with a smile. This allowed us to tour the island some - the roads are good and the drivers are super-polite. In our 2 weeks it rained for all of 30 seconds - we had intermittent clouds most days but these passed by quickly enough. Villas all have AC so at night if needed we could cool things down. Beach is a short walk away - it is not that big and wave action was a little high - so our 3 year old spent a lot of time in the two pools at the villas. We visited Carlisle Bay a couple of times where the beach is fantastic and the ocean shallow - great for kids. We also rode the local buses - the blue ones are run by the government and the yellow ones are privately owned competition. They both charge the same amount (B$1.50) and both are driven very fast - an experience not to be missed! For bird watchers the villas have constant visitors - humming birds, doves, bananaquits, bullfinches etc. And let's not forget the monkeys - just up the road is a plant nursery where a whole bunch of monkeys can be seen - also they come down the road every day to feed on the local trees. All in all we believe the villas were the best value around - hotel rates in Holetown are through the roof, and frankly not worth it having seen the properties - they are on the beach however so they win on that score. The villas are a great getaway-place to visit
