Our recent stay was May 5th-10th. Perfect weather. The aegean was beautiful. I am so happy I chose that condo. The pool was immaculate. The ocean was right outside the condo just a walk away. We loved our stay and will be back.

We have been pleased with the condo at 115 agean and have rented there for 3 years, the overall complex is very nice.
The service by southern vacation rentals has been 5 star also, could not ask for better service! The unit was adequate. -

The condo itself is very spacious. The layout is great, plenty of closet space. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. Overall, the condo and the property are lovely, but, we had problems with one of the bathrooms (that after three attempts was never resolved), so our daughter had to use our bathroom for the entire stay. Therefore, I would not go back to this property...also, there was no internet access.

After several attempts from our Maintenance Department to repair the commode, it was resolved when an outside supply line had to be replaced. These things happen from time to time that is not of one’s control. We will assess the furniture for possible replacement if needed with the owner. Again, thank you for being our Guest.

The only problem was the wind noise coming thru the front door. You need to have someone take a look at the weather stripping; we had to shove the rug under the door to help with the wind noise.

We enjoyed our stay in aegean 115. The unit is very nice and spacious. The pool is right outside the back door and the beach is only a few steps away. The water was beautiful and the inlcuded beach set-up was very convenient.

We stayed in aegean 115 and it was everything we needed. It was on the ground level right next to the pool with its own patio.The beach was a close walk away.I think the only thing that i felt needed improvement was the lighting in the bedrooms. There are no lights in the ceiling only dim lamps. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and a nice place to stay.
