Beautifully appointed and well-equipped condo. Loved the view. Loved having the second balcony overlooking the Marina. Also like to proximity to shopping; made for a fun fun weekend for us girls. Better instructions on how to get onto the property and better identification would have made this trip perfect. Difficult to read the address at night and buildings were not well-marked. Ate good food; still disappointed that a Broken Egg and Dave's were not open for business. It was a perfectly beautiful beach weekend, warm, sunny and clear, clear skies and views.

We have stayed at WT For many years. We really like being on Holiday Isle at East Pass. Last year we stayed in WT Yacht Club. This time we went back to Wtyc but stayed in a different condo. I think we have found our home away from home. This vacation is one luxury I allow in my life. There was only my husband & me, but we rented the three bedroom condo. This condo was perfect. The art work and decorations were a cut above from even *nicer* rentals. The appliances were updated, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We tend to eat all of our meals in the condo except for one night. The neat thing about Wtyc is that it has a little Florida room on the front of the condo with a special balcony and a harbor view. So you get to have a debate on which view is the best, ocean with beach or harbor view! It is right outside the condo with access from the hallway. There are only 3 condos per floor, so you can imagine how nice the privacy is and the quietness.
The balcony on the ocean side has a great view of the pass and the actual gulf which is left of the condo. I kind of hated to review this place as I really want to keep it private so people won't find out about this spectacular place to stay in Destin.
There are two king suites, and then a room with twin beds and it's own bedroom. This place is plenty big for several people and you will not feel cramped. We love it and plan to go back next summer.
negative: nothing to do with actual condo. We received instructions to pick up key from rental facility. When we rushed going a totally different route from what we normally do, we barely got there before they had closed for the day. Then, the clerk said, "oh, it's keyless entry"! We were not told that in our email instructions and we traveled much longer after already driving several 7 hours from our home. We would have come in from Fort Walton instead if going to the Mid-way Bridge. Also, for some reason the wifi wasn't working property. I am pretty astute with computers, etc, and have wifi in my own home. I was finally able to receive help from a great tech, however, it was in the middle of our wedding anniversary dinner and since I had to reset the router, wait, etc, it took around 20 minutes. -

Awesome vacation! I will be coming back soon...there is nothing to not like about this location...has it all..breath taking views of gulf, boats, dolphins swim up to the beach right in front of your deck for hours every afternoon...perfect white clean beaches..serviced every morning..gated and secure at every point...close to every kind of restaurant, bar , tons of shopping outlet stores of every brand, golf, mini golf, boat rentals...etc etc etc.. find a place and stay in Destin soon!!

We rented this condo to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary. We were told about this from a friend who has a condo there but was not available. We had the most wonderful time. We have children in Blue Water Bay but we did not stay with them this time. We wanted to get away from everyone and just enjoy each other. We had a wonderful time - never wanted to leave the balcony. The view was great! It is just what we have always wanted to do. We love the ocean so we were very comfortable there and enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back and want the same condo - even in the winter months.

Wonderful place to stay.Very quiet and relaxing in the off season except for aj's Restaurant on the bay side.Beautiful views on the Gulf side.Management needs to fix the pedestrian gate because you can't get it to work to let you out of the place on foot.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the view was absolutely fantastic..Since we had two teenage boys and two teenage girls with us it was great to have the three bedrooms and especially the three bathrooms..No fighting for bathroom time. The beach was just outside of the condo and was absolutely perfect. It was never crowded and very clean. We had a wonderful time staying there and would love to go back again soon. Thank you to the owner of the condo for letting us stay there. We enjoyed it tremendously.

The location is great. Some things that are needed. The master bed needs to be replaced. It is to soft and my back hurt the whole week. The oven door will not ooen all the way. This needs to be repaired. With these changes I would stay again.

The condo was just beautiful, the view was just wonderful, we had such a great time. My son and daughter and I were there for a week and it was the best vacation ever. The only problem with the condo was the stove, the door to the stove would not open, but other than that is was too wonerful for words, we enjoyed the resident heron!

The service and facility was great. Our condo was very comfortable and beautifly decorated. The pool was great and it was nice to walk on the sidewalks because we had a small child in a stroller. The only disadvantage is we would have perfered to be on the ocean. It was only about a 10 minute walk, but it was rough with a 2 yr old. Over all it was a wonderful experience.

Loved the location and great view. Having coffee on the balcony watching the fishing boats head out to sea - the best. Beach and water was clean and clear. THe condo was clean and perfic for our family. Can't say enough good things about out stay. We want to come back next year.

We had 3 boys. They swam, snorkeled, and caught things with cast nets and fishing poles right in front of the condo. We saw dolphins, large stingrays, and schools of large fish right from our balcony. The condo was very comfortable; it felt like home. The water was very clear in the mornings, but became brownish-yellow by mid-day. We weren't sure if that was normal for the pass. We will most likely return to this spot soon.

The beach off the property is wonderful. It's the best one to relax and watch the kids of any age have fun and enjoy all sorts of activities without having to drive anywhere.
Destin is the perfect place for family vacations. There is something to do for every one in the family wether they are small childern, or teens; even the young college students have a blast vacationing here with the family.
The accomodations are sparklin clean, and extremely well maintained. It felt like home away from home, and the view is breathtaking. -
