The condo was great. We stay in at least two condos a year and this ranked at the very top. No problems with the unit. Excellent response on the minor issues that were bought to the agencies attention.Several friends that visited our unit have already reserved it later this summer.

The condo was great. The description was actually a little misleading in that the views were not great but amazing! It was a real surprise to be in an end unit with both gulf and harbor views. We had a great time. The unit was well equipped and nicel furnished.
We had a great time. We have stayed in other units at Harbor Landing, this blew the others away. Southern Rentals also made the check in and check out significantly easier than with the previous leasing companies we have used.
A place like this makes the difference between a good vacation and a great vacation! -

over all the condo was beautiful best i've ever stayed in but when we booked several months ago i was miss imformed that it was on the beach not across the beach and your paper said it was only 100yds away not true it was a challenge to walk there everyday with no close bathroom and just having heel surgery did't help either of course my son loved to fish we left a day early we were just over it but the unit was very nice I just think that being mislead that we should be compisated something back Sincerely Pam Turner.

We have been to Destin about 10 times and this was the best condo we have stayed in. You have the best of both worlds. You can see the habour and the beach. Only complaint was gettin the gate to open on the beach.

We are huge Harbor Landing fans. Have stayed there 5 times. This was by far the best condo we've had. All have been wonderful, but this end unit afforded harbor and ocean views. Only drawback was that there were no lounge chairs on the balcony. That would have made this condo absolutely perfect!

I loved this condo and we were having a wonderful stay until we were wrongfully accused of breaking into the hottub area and drinking/smoking and breaking the gate. The Harbor Landing employee was very rude and decided to inspect our condo and imply that we must have had overnight guests. Then she proceeded to tell me we would have 30 minutes to leave if they decided we were the ones who broke the gate. This was a bunch of ludicrous accusations and I have never felt so indignified in my life. I will definitely be in search of a different accomodation for my next stay in Destin.

We expected the place to be nice due to the location and the fact that it is a three bed room unit, but we were blown away by how nice it was. The unit is huge, bigger than most peoples homes. We had plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, and relax. The views from the balcony were nice, and the breeze coming off the water made it very pleasant to sit ouside and relax. The rest of the property was vabulous as well. We fully intent to stay again.

The condo was as advertised, very roomy with all the comforts you need. We had a family of about 8 and all could be accommodated. The unit was very large and nicely laid out. Plusses are: square footage, 3 plus bathrooms, large balconies. Minuses: getting to the beach, understanding gate codes...

The pictures really does not do the place justice. We went there on a couples trip. It was three couples, and each of us enjoyed our stay tremendously! It was close to everything. The view was gourgeous! The place was clean and had a home feeling to it. We said we would like to go there every year! I would definantely recommend this condo for anyone!! Loved it!!

We rented this property through the internet and crossed our fingers it was what it said it was. The emails confirmed our stay and one week prior we recieved confirmation and pass codes for gates and doors. We arrived to our destination, noticed the clean pool and surroundings. We entered 504a and found it to be a very modern condo. 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths, whirlpool tub in king room, all new appliances, granite counter tops,flat screen tvs(which we didnt watch) new decor, comfortable seating, tons of room! we have 5 adults and 1 child and had room for at least 4-5 more. The front full size bed had a balcony overlooking our pool and across the street was the ocean. the rear faced the harbor and had a massive deck enough for 20 people. I would definitely recommend this property but dont want to so my secret hideaway is given up. only downfall was the beach access areas. finding them, staying off private beaches and so forth. but not a worry since everything else was great!

My family and I had a great vacation. The condo was so beautiful and spaced out great. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen was awesome. The beach was beautiful and the views were great as well. I will definitely be back to this property and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Two other couples, my husband and I along with three infants/toddlers stayed at Harbor Landing #504A for 5 day in June. Our experience was wonderful, the condo/apartment was very spacious and the decor was beautiful oh and the views were amazing. We loved being on the Harbor, almost every morning the kids got enjoyed watching the dolphin swim in the harbor right from our balcony. Also, we cooked several meal and everything we need was provided. The only thing I was not to happy with was the floors and the master bath. I felt that these could have been a little cleaner, but once you see the condo and the view you soon forget about the dirt. Also the beach was amazing, yes you have to walk about a block but it was nice and quiet and we didn?t have to worry about the kids bothering anyone. Our overall thought about the place is that it was amazing and we are planning on staying there again next summer.

My husband and I, as well as 2 other couples, rang in the new year at this wonderful condo! The decor is very nice, the views are breathtaking from both sides of the condo, very spacious... one of the best places I have ever stayed while visiting the Gulf Coast. We had 6 adults, and a 1 year old staying in the condo, and never felt 'crammed'. We cooked dinner one of the nights of our stay, and the kitchen had everything I needed. This surely tops my list of one of the finest in the Destin area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

this is the second time we have rented this unit. we rented it for 10 days in july and two weeks this time. both times there was contractor work going on that was very irritating. we should have been notified that this was happening so we could gone somewhere else.
the rental agency seemed to be understanding and refunded us part of money, but it was still quite a inconveniece.
