Left on 03/04/2013 for a stay in June 2012
A*** chalet. Stayed for a week in 2012.
Location easy to get to, perfect if driving.
Quiet surroundings yet still very easy to drive/cycle to near supermarkets and towns. Walking distance from local pub and shops with very friendly villagers.
Ski Lift nearby, Train station located nearby with just a small journey away from europes biggest waterfall, Walk away from small beach areas.
Would recommend to anyone wanting an exiting adventure holiday ski-ing or just a nice getaway. Perfect for all
Would go back again!

WorcestershireFantastic Luxury Chalet - with all loads of gadgets
Left on 03/02/2013 for a stay in January 2013
What a fabulous Chalet - Mountains view exceeded all of our expectations. Lots of lovely little things made it very special. Every thing about Mountains view is 5 Star - the furnishings, sauna, and all the gadgets. We found it ideally located for the ski slopes, and not far from the longest toboggan run in Europe - a "must do" if you have the stamina! The town is close by, and has some lovely restaurants if you fancy eating out. All in all our stay at Mountains view was fantastic, and we will defiantly be back next year - can't wait.

ScarboroughPerfect location
Left on 03/02/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We stayed at Mountains View in December with our baby. We had an amazing week and the weather was perfect. We are not skiers but enjoyed the scenery, food, wine(!) and walking in the snow. Just a very relaxing holiday. The chalet was perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed including a travel cot for our son. The 3D TV was amazing, my husband loved all the gadgets and the wifi was very fast so allowed us to keep in contact with back home. We were slightly concerned about the village location but the transport links were fantastic allowing us to catch the train or bus. We took both local ski lifts to the top for a lunch and they are very close to the chalet, just a couple of minute drive to one and slightly more to the other.
We really enjoyed the family friendly restaurants nearby and left a few leaflets in the guest info for others. Loved the pinzgauerknocken (Im sure I have missed spelt that) which is a local pasta dish that comes in a big dish for as many people that order it.
We will be going back in the summer next year to enjoy the walking and cycling! Thank you Kate and Bob for sharing

LondonAwesome Chalet, even in summer!
Left on 02/21/2013 for a stay in June 2011
Got the chance to go to this lovely secluded chalet in the middle of summer. Really comfy place to use as a base to travel to the local towns either by car, or more scenicly, along the cycle only paths by bike.
The chalet is very traditional, yet with all the modern amenities you would need.
Look forward to staying there again! -

ScarboroughA special place
Left on 02/21/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We have stayed at mountains view once before and this is a very special austrian chalet, it has luxury and a very homely feeling, we loved the high speed Internet, and the view from the bedroom, quite breathtaking :), transport is very good, with bus and a train station very close to the chalet, I would definitely recommend and hope to come over again in the summer, for a walking holiday
