The location for this place was excellent. So close to the beach and the beach and boardwalk was fantastic. Private parking was a plus also. The Condo itself was really nice and just what we needed. It was me and my husband and 2 older children and we could fit in there easily. The place also had alot of towels including beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and even a beach umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with any kind of dish or pan that you needed. It was quiet and in a good area. I would go here again. For the area the cost was good too. And a big thanks to Bob who was there for whatever we needed and so plesant.

My digilence on searching for the perfect vacation getaway for my
husband and I paid off when I found this gem of a property at
Hollywood Beach. It seems to be located in the historic section, an
area of quaint, charming older buildings, nothing like the tall
skyscrapers which dot the beaches in South Florida. The apartment is
a very short walk to the beach and Boardwalk and you do have a partial
view of the beach from the bedroom window.
The condo itself is in like new condition and is very spacious. There
is a great kitchen with all wood cabinets and it is fully stocked with
all the glasses, pots and pans etc. that you will need. On the nights
when we didn't cook, it was great to have the convenience of just
walking down the Broadwalk and choosing from the many mom and pop
restaurants where you can eat outside enjoying the sea breezes. We
thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful Turkish restaurant about a 10 minute
walk north on the Broadwalk.
The living room has leather sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa
bed that worked out well when our niece came to visit for a couple of
nights during our 2 week stay and there is a new flat screen TV which
was a surprising addition as most vacation rentals have the older
style Tv's, although there is one like that in the bedroom where there
is a very comfortable king size bed.
I have no doubt we will come back to this condo again as we found it a
wonderful bang for the buck...very clean, comfortable, affordable
and close to everything we wanted to do and see and yet surprisingly
private. I guess it is that old-style charm of the building despite
it having all modern amenities including high speed internet access.

Had a very relaxing weekend here in this apartment just steps away from the beach. Saved money staying here b/c although it is not on the beach, it is really just steps away. The apartment had everything we needed, comfy but enjoyed staying on the beach most of the time. Kids loved it. We rented bikes, ate at nice restaurants but had breakfast most mornings in the apt. I would recommend this place to friends and family and I plan to return again soon. I live in Miami and Hollywood beach is away from all the stress!
