pretty apartment with full kitchen,dishes pot and pans, ,,flat screen satellite t.v. very clean wood floor and a king side bed in the bedroom linen ,towels, Located in a tipic american neighborhood with about a 5 minutes drive or use my bicycle to the beautiful Hollywood beach , Very close to down town ,malls, casinos,highway I-95 and I-595. Right between south beach and Ft-Lauderdale and also between Disney wold and Keys West.(3 1/2 hours)
we also speak french.

as it is a small studio, for myself, it is spotless, super clean, and impeccable from my first day, to the last. Owner was on premises every day and always make sure that i was up to expectations, same with other guests in the property. Owner organized a BBQ and all participants were invited (and attended) to invitation, some games for everyone and we had fun altogrther, over this BBQ activity.
well kept property, and owners are fully bilingual, French, and English. they go out of their way to make this stay enjoyable, and they did.

The moment we pulled into the driveway we knew we made a great choice. Real pictures on the website, maybe...5 min drive to Sheridan Beach in Hollywood Boardwalk filled with restaurants and great water and fine sand. Julie our friendly host was waiting for us, walked us through entire property. We spent 16 days filled with 80 degrees weather and 120 degrees of worm friendly atmosphere with Julie and Mario her husband, the captain of a 32 feet boat that can take you to see Bimini into the Bahamas or catch some fish and cook it for you right there on the boat or at night under the stars in the backyard of the house on the big grill with a couple of beers while talking about everything and anything until late into the morning hours. Omg we want to move right there next door to Julie and Mario. Can't wait to go back there.

We stayed here for five nights, even though the site indicates a minimum stay of a week. I with I could have given the place a four-and-a-half-star rating, because it was better than four, but not yet a five.
We had one of several apartments in the small complex in a residential area of Hollywood, convenient to Routes 1 and I95. There is a common above-ground pool and pleasant shaded sitting area. Our apartment had a combination living/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen along one wall. There were a large flat-screen television and DVD player, a small, round dining table with four chairs and two armchairs, The latter are not designed for short people like me because our heads come below the built-in padding for them. I found them quite uncomfortable, even when I put a pillow behind me. Julie, the owner, brought out a folding rocking chair, which was somewhat better, but a nicely padded sofa or loveseat would have been appreciated.
The bedroom had a comfortable king-sized bed and two night tables. There were two large closets, but the only drawers were those in the night tables. The bathroom had a large shower, but the portable shower head was barely adequate and the water in the shower never got very hot, although that in the sink did. We mentioned this to Julie, and she was aware of it, and said that she'd try to improve the situation. She was also aware of the seating problem, but didn't want to put a sofa in the room. There was a good supply of soft towels. There were no tissues, shampoo or bar soap, although there was liquid hand wash and a hair dryer.
There are a coin-operated washer and dryer in a house across the street, and detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
Our apartment was in the rear and we couldn't wheel our heavy suitcases all the way there as part of the path was gravel and flagstones. It was also a few steps up from the ground. -

Me and my wife knew Julie some months ago, she was very friendly from first time we meet,Julie and Mario ,her husband,are very nice person,they help us in every moment and when we had a problem to resolve they find a solution.The apartments are very nice and clean,in every moment we had bicycles to reach the beach and nearest there are market and everything you need.We thanks to Julie for all and we hope to came back soon.

Looked all over to find a place in the Hollywood Florida area. Found this beautiful gem, we stayed at the Cote apartments for 2 weeks between September 25 & Oct 9th. The location of the apartment is a couple of miles from the Beach at Hollywood. It is conveniently located close to Hollywood Blvd and Young Circle where there are many fantastic restaurants and bars.
The family that owns the apartments are a great group, they are always around to help with any issues you may have and always provide great information on the surrounding area. The place has a great swimming pool to refresh yourself in and there are beach chairs and umbrellas that the Cote’s will lend you for your days at the beach.
The family really enjoys fishing and they also have a charter fishing service where they will take you out for a day or half day of fishing for: Mahi Mahi, Waho, King Fish, Grouper or Snapper. The week that we were there, Kevin the Cote’s son caught a 50 lbs Waho. I had never seen anything that big.
We rented the studio for 2 weeks and it had free high speed internet, Satellite TV and a good queen size bed. The facilities include a gas BBQ, ample parking, large patio dining area and a nice area to sun tan.
Looking forward for our next visit, next time I will definitely be going fishing too.

We had the pleasure of staying at Julie's vacation rental Studio. The stay was very comfortable and left a lasting impression on us. Just a short drive from Young Circle and Downtown Hollywood and a few minutes drive from Hollywood Beach, the location is perfect. We were glad each day to wake up in a place that felt like home, not a hotel. No worries of house-keeping stopping by or people walking the hallways. A very nice change. Being new parents, we were traveling with our 5-month old baby girl. It was very nice to be within steps of our car, to load/unload the baby's carseat when we were coming/going and with the days being so hot - it was nice to get in the nice air Conditioned Rental Car. The studio was loaded: Hot-plates, pots/pans, refrigerator, 12-cup coffee-maker, Blowdryer, Glasses, Dishes, Bowls, Silverware, Skillet, Beach Towels, Towels, Toothpaste..you name it... If you have any doubts, I'm sure Julie would be more than happy to answer your questions. One nice feature was the aC with Thermostat setting and Remote Control Ceiling Fan with Light. Also in the room a LCD TV with DirectTV Satellite and DVD player. We stopped by a local RedBox and watched a movie one night. We didn't make use of the above ground pool, however, we were too busy visiting family and going to the beach during our visit...but I can see this as a huge plus. Julie's property is very well-maintained & beautiful: Palm Trees, Landscaping, and just enough parking for all the guests. Julie makes you feel at home and genuinely asked us 'How are you?' each time we saw each other. The hospitality above all made our stay enjoyable. God Bless Julie & her family.. we look forward to staying with her again real soon.

Count us as another couple very pleased with our stay at Cote Apt in Hollywood. Apt is larger than we'd expected, amazingly clean and well-equipped for our 5-night stay. We're not beach people and are happy to be in this neighborhood environment. Julie was most accommodating in arranging for our late-night arrival, when flight delays threatened to de-rail our New Year's eve dinner plans with relatives. We're pleased to add our high recommendation for this apartment.

I booked this place off the internet and was really not sure what my friend and I were getting into. I was rather nervous as I was the one that had booked it. Our room was extremely clean and nicely decorated, the envirnoment around the apts is very nice. Mario and Julie make you feel like you are at your own place. We used the backyard to sunbath, used the BBQ and had a dip in the pool. They are such a wonderful couple and make you feel right at home. We would definately return next year, I would highly recommend it.
