I'm writing this from memory from last year. We stayed here with our daughter's family, and they were great about letting us switch condos after our kids went home (we didn't need such a large place after they left). The location was great if you were interested in being right in downtown Hollywood (which we were), and the condos were clean and well-maintained. Some confusion in getting our keys, as it wasn't very clear which entrance someone was meeting us at - but it eventually got sorted out.
Some challenges with upstairs neighbours who were a bit noisy, but that's not the fault of this condo and didn't seem to go on too late in the evening. Some evening noise as well from the pool area, but again it didn't seem to be too big of a problem. -

Apartment was in excellent condition with good quality furnishings and amenities. It was in a very good location for a first time visit to la., just around the corner from Hollywood Boulevard where there is the Metro station and Hop on Off Bus stop. It is just across the road from the Hollywood Highland Centre. Supermarket only a five minute walk.

Ficamos hospedados nesse apartamento 8 noites e gostamos bastante do local. É muito espaçoso, moderno, bem cuidado e tudo funciona muito bem. Gostamos muito também do atendimento da Sra. Suzanne Francis. Ela foi muito eficiente, gentil e fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Eu recomendo esse apartamento com certeza !!!

This is a nice property in a great location literally one block from Hollywood Blvd. and across the street from the Hollywood and Highland Center (Mall, Kodak Theater). Plenty of options for eating, drinking etc. The included underground secure parking is a plus (and for 2 cars if for some reason you have 2). The only issues we had were with the "amenities" at the alarm clocks in bedrooms, only fitted sheets for beds (no flat/top sheets), no sheets for the pull out bed in living room, no pillow cases for the extra pillows etc. The frustrating part is that this is a nice property in a great location and Susie from the "Welcome Team" was really good (met us at the apartment at 3:30 am to check out as we had an early flight.) Would I recommend the place, yes on location alone but it could be sooooo much better if they spent $250 dollars on misc. stuff to finish it off (the two stars is all on the lack of little things, it's a brand new building and in excellent condition).

Choosing this place was the best decision we took during our trip to California.
The place itself is gorgeous, spacious and in mint condition and has all modern appliances. Lovely patio/terrace facing the pool. Real quick internet connection, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, etc.
The location could not be better, literally steps away from Hollywood Boulevard with Highland, right on the Walk of Fame. There are shops nearby, a local shop just downstairs (a bit pricey) and a supermarket on Hollywood Blvd with great choice and fair prices. There are also lots of places, of different kinds, to go for a drink at night.
Last but not least, the staff needs a special mention. We dealt with Jenny and Susie, and they both were really nice and helpful all the time. Susie even waited for us for two hours in the evening to check us in when we arrived, and then met us outside the building at 4am (!) to collect the keys from us when we left because we had a very early flight. From here I'd like to thank them for all that help.
All in all, perfect stay, if you are considering renting this property, don't even hesitate it, take it before somebody else does, you'll be really happy with it. -

We loved this place, the pictures don't justify how newly the property is built and it's nice condition. AE Hospitality made some misstakes during our stay, it's a small company that may need some time to get really synchronized, they did however show their good intention and tried to make us satisfied.

This apartment was A+
The apartment was very spacious new and modern, with very nice furnishings and appliances including free internet, cable TV and a printer. The apartment was very very clean and homely. All the beds including the pull out couch were very comfortable.
The apartment looked over the pool and spa in the courtyard and was one of the nicest rental apartments i have stayed in.
The complex also had excellent facilities such as a gym, internet cafe, pool and spa.
Location was perfect, just outside the door to hollywood blvd and the main attractions.
management were excellent in accomodating out late arrival and meeting us at the apartment for the keys when our plane was delayed.
Definately reccomend this appartment. -

We came to LA from Alberta, Canada for a visit and found that this condo we stayed in was perfect and well priced! The only downside was when the fire alarms in the building went off and we had to evacuate for an hour, but other than that it was great. We will definitely be coming back! My only suggestion would be to have a tour book of attractions in Los Angeles and tips for visiting the city.
