Realmente excelente desde cualquier punto de vista, el depto está impecable, tal cual como se ve en las fotos..! La vista es bella y todo funciona correctamente. El edificio tiene sus años, pero está muy bien mantenido. Tiene todo lo que dicen y la playa es muy buena. Tiene servicio de sombrillas y camastros con costo adicional, sino llevas las tuyas del depto y listo. La Piscina está muy bien y es muy tranquila. en pb hay una maquina que expende bebidas, el gimnasio, e internet wi fi.
Te dejan toallas, sábanas y en el piso del depto hay una sala con maquinas lavadoras y secadoras para quien las precise.
Sólo una sujerencia para el propietario: dejar algunos elementos básicos de limpieza, como ser un detergente, algo de papel higiénico (sólo dejan un rollo cuando ingresás), y algún limpiador para el baño, tuvimos que comprar todo eso porque no teníamos como lavar los platos, mas alla de la maquina lavavajillas... Sólo eso, el resto un 10 Puntos y ya tenemos nuestro lugar cada vez que regresemos a la Florida! Gracias Virginia por ser tan puntual y atenta con nosotros!! -

Fully renovated , exacltly like photos . i traveled with teenagers and a baby and Everybody were happy with the place. The beach is crossing the building gate , Aventura mall ( best in Miami) is five minutes away , the valet parking system was cheap and fast ( last time I was in a hotel in South Beach I paid 30 dollars daily ! ) and Virginia was very kind , she explained everyhing and was exacly on time at check inn and check out. I definitly would stay here again !

First of all I would like to point out how nice the deparment is, it is beautiful. On the other hand, everything was in perfect conditions when I arrived, it's extremely comfortable. Honestly, I was very pleased with the department. I would recommend it!

This place is fabulous, everything is just as it looks in the pics. What is truly amazing is that the whole place has just been completely refurnished and everything is brand new, everything from the beds to the tv. It really isn't easy to find such a well furnished place in the miami area to rent. This is a large penthouse on the top floor with a great view, The Tides building is right on the beach were the beach is clean, wide and shallow (I couldn't see public entrances to the beach for quite a few miles so the beach is nice and quite). It has great amenities including two heated pools with plenty of deck chairs for everyone and a complete gym. 24 hour concierge and vallet parking is really useful. The great thing about this location is that its right next to the I-95 that takes you quickly up to the sawgrass outlets or down to aventura and Miami Beach. The kitchen has everything you need for 6 people or more, all beds were really comfortable and had that "new" feeling. We were 5 adults and all slept really well, including my 1 year old child since the owner even provided a baby crib. The owner is great, speaks fluent english and spanish and rapidly attends all your needs. I very much recommend staying here, I will surely be back! Thanks Marcelo!
