Our apartment is located in a condo at the beachfront south Florida's, with ocean view and just a 9 mile drive away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It has a large variety of amenities, from a pool and terrace to a gym, convenience store, pool bar and more, everything you need is at your fingertips. The apartment itself includes everything necessary, such as a full kitchen, 1.5 Bathrooms, and fully equipped living and sleeping area.

We stayed in this unit for 5 weeks. It was comfortable and suitable for our needs. The building is well run and maintained and close to the broadwalk, ocean and other amenities.
One drawback and no fault to the owner, the pool seating area, while still in use, is in need of reconstruction due to water pipe damages. There appears to be no definite date when this will be done. The pool itself is clean and great for swimming. There is also a well equiped gym and games room. The lobby has recently been redone and is very attractive. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed.
Luna is a very accomodating owner and easy to work with. Overall, everything was to our satisfaction.

We stayed in this flat for 2 weeks although we would have loved to stay longer only that it was already booked. The flat was very clean, simply but nicely decorated and fully furnished. Tvs, washing machine, dishwasher worked properly meaning the owner maintains them. The Condo is located close to Hallandale where you can find several stores/supermarkets. The condo also has a fully equipped fitness room, a huge swimming pool and was just steps from the beach.
The owner was very understanding and helpful with us what made the difference for us. We will not hesitate to go back there in future. -

Our eleven year old and us enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Fortunately we had wonderful weather and enjoy beach and pool very much. All services were excellent and the location quite convenient with major retailers/ food stores nearby.
We enjoyed it so much that we have already reserved for two weeks in July.
