Also the house is only two blocks away from the JothiVita Aryuvedic Center (Chopra based) and YogaOne, Broward's number one yoga studio. Plenty of shopping, great food places just like home to relax in when you need a respite. Walk to Starbucks, Publix and Walgreens.This does not even take in to account that the house is less than 5 minutes away from a beautiful and vibrant beach scene It is walking distance to the deco downtown with its quaint cafes and restaurants with live music.

The house is barely 17 blocks from the famous Hollywood Beach and its Boardwalk and only two blocks from the deco downtown. Hollywood is one of th emost charming cities in South Florida, it is vital and dynamic,
its houses have character and charm, the people is friendly, the beach is awesome and it is fun. Hollywood offers many attractions like the beach,
biking and skating in the Boardwalk, dining and fun at the many cafes and restaurants in Hollywood Blvd, racetracks, casino and a nightlife that has nothing to envy from Miami or Las Olas. If you have not been there yet, you are in for a very pleasant surprise

  I rented this house July 1st through July 8th when I arrived there was no water. After some dispute the owner refunded me back for one day and I took that money and had to go to a nasty hotel. After the water got turned on the bathroom shower water wasn't getting hot, this was around the Holiday july 4th, I contacted the owner she said she would send someone over after the holiday so basically saying I had to suffer with cold showers untill after the holiday. I ended up figuring the hot was the cold knob and viceversa because I couldn't go a day or holiday without a hot shower. There was no washcloths in the house and when I contacted her about this she said she no longer provided them, which I feel she should've told me ahead of time so I could have brought my own. After serveral days of staying in this home we noticed that it was roach infested, I have pictures to prove it. I wouldn't recommend this house for anyone under any circumstance to rent. The owner is not up on top of things in regards to this home. Also the bed frames are very unstable and I feel they can break at anytime.
