Loved the Casa! Beautifully decorated with a great kitchen and the rooftop terrace was amazing. Short walk to the beach and close to several great restaurants. This was the perfect spot for our guys weekend and I would highly recommend it! Thank you!

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Hollywood, FL! This home was very clean and bright. Appliances are all high-end. The broad walk is just a short (10 minute) bike ride away! There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (5 minutes). The beach is only steps away ! Dinner on the 4th floor terrace is a must. The views are outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a place by the beach, where you can relax and hang out with family and friends, look no further. The house is wonderful. It has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in.

We stayed in 2 of these condos during 3rd week of November. Eventhough the condos looks very ordinary from outside, the decorations,the high quality kitchen, spacious rooms ,overall everything was amazingly beautiful inside. All our families enjoyed the kitchen, we could do some cooking etc. Only draw back was all the bathrooms did not have toilet tissues when we checked in and we had to run to Publix to get more toilet tissues.Also we did not use any of the snacks or drinks they have stocked in the pantry because we did not want them to over charge us.

Very unusual to find a 4 story townhouse with such
exquisite taste and located only 100 yards from the beach. Each floor (4 total) is conveniently located
by an elevator. Kitchen full size with all modern
appliances plus excellent Wifi reception throughout.
Terrace on the 4TH floor has excellent lounging furniture
along with latest Barbeque at One's disposal.
Quiet residential neighborhood with good restaurants within 2 miles of townhouse. 2 car garage on ground floor. We had 10 days of total relaxation with weather to match too. -

This place is literally only a few steps away from the beach. It was really fun riding the bikes they provided us to the boardwalk. We played volleyball on the court within walking distance from the house. The house was very neat and clean, just like a hotel. There were plenty of towels. The terrace on the roof was very nice. We did a bbq up there. The house was 4 floors which was plenty of space for 8 people. They have an elevator to make things easier to bring upstairs. The only con was that I really wanted to check in at 9am because my friends arrived at that time but I could not check in till noon. But he was still there on time to let us in and answered the phone anytime we had questions.

We were staying in this beautiful place for a week and had absolutely the best experience. In our company, we had older people, young family with small kids and teenagers - everyone loved it! Special enjoyment was bike riding, home theater and private beach, located just a minute from our door steps. Adults also enjoyed patio on the roof with gorgeous ocean views, kids loved the elevator. Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated with warm touches, top of the line kitchen appliances. Great place for a big company to stay away from the crowd in secure and friendly environment. Hector/managing partner was very helpful in every aspect, responding to our needs immediately. Thank you very much! Good Luck!

We had our wonderful week in Hollywood beach. The house is very clean and new. We received warm welcome from the represent on site. They show us the house and all the functional. Every thing is very well planned for our stay.
We love the terrace on 4th floor, the room is big and well equipped.
We do a lot of cooking on our own and the kitchen is amazing with lots of spaces for dinning.
the location is good it very close to both big city, and beach is just few step away from the house, we can grab a drink when ever we need.
Definitively, we will come back for another vacation.
