Departamento muy amplio con excelente ubicación y vista. Tiene salida directa a la playa. La decoracion es moderna. Posee una tv gigante. El aviso dice que es para 6 personas pero el sofá cama alcanza solamente para una persona y no es muy cómodo. La vista desde el balcón es excelente.

Day prior the agent called and said that the apartment got flooded and we can get unother one or we can cancel the reservation so we decided to take it. The apartment was good. Freshly painted,new floor but was lacking some light bulbs and Wifi did not work and we contacted the agent and they did not get back to us at all. The best thing was the swimming pool.Was heated so the kids were swimming all the time even on the cooler days.

This is a great apartment.
Is very new.
the confort is excelent but the cleanliness was poor i have to clean in same place. But in general, i recomend it. I love it.
the parking have a promotion 1 week 20 USD, that is cheap. the place is very secure. the swiming pool and beach are very good.
the aparment have a phone free and tv 3d led.

The experience was very good. We enjoyed the apartment. We arrived and a person was waiting for us to show and explain everything about the apartment and also to advice about restaurants and places to shop. The situation was perfect. The beach was almost attach to the place. The swimming pool was headed. The kitchen was nice, the bathroom maybe needs an update, it had internet, the view from the balcony is like the picture, beautiful. In general, was perfect for us. It's a place to go back maybe next year.

Si vous cherchez la commodité playa-shopping à Miami, je vous recommande cet appart extrêmement bien situé et entièrement équipé à neuf. Vue imprenable et accès direct à la piscine. On espère pouvoir y revenir au plus vite...

Ambiente familiar. Muy bien equipado. Funciona todo. piscinas limpias. servicio de valet parking amable y servicial. ubicación excepcional, a metros de la Hallandale Blvd.

Muy lindo apartameto, todo nuevo a estrenar, con una vista hermosa muy comodo por su amplitud, el complejo esta bueno, y la ubicacion es inmejorable por su cercania a waltmart y al sawgrass, la playa es muy linda y tranquila.
Lo recomiendo 100%.
Ojala pueda regresar el año siguiente...
