This was our 7th year at Sunbow Bay; our 16th. year on anna Maria Island. It's our favourite place to winter. The condo was well stocked. There were things that didn't work. Thank you to Bob for rectifying them. We had to vacuum and dust after moving in and purchasing bags for the vacuum. We were very disappointed that we could not extend our rental for 3 days till March 18th. Because of this we had to rent a motel on the island. We have since found out that no one moved in during that time.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We're sorry you couldn't extend your stay but the owners did have it blocked off starting March 1st. If they came in later than that they did not inform us.

We were disappointed in the fact that we could not stay longer, unfortunately the air conditioning broke down so we had to move out. The property is very nice and well equipped and close to all amenities, we were not impressed however in the downstairs bedroom, rather like a poor motel room. But the kitchen had just about everything you would need if you wanted to cook, but does need a update but all in all a very nice property.

Once again we returned to Sunbow Bay for our xmas holiday but this time brought other family members along. Everything was perfect, from walking along endless white sandy beaches to shopping in Historic Bridge Street. The Island of anna Maria is so beautiful & everyone is so laid back and friendly here. We would like to thank Island Vacation for their truly professional service to us & will certainly be returning.
